i ORDERED 2 TRAVEL PILLOWS FROM DRGRAB AND THESE WERE DELIVERED YESTERDAY. I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED THE ITEMS OUT BY INFLATING THEM. UNFORTUNATELY AIR ESCAPED FROM ONE OF THE PILLOW AND NOTED A SMALL SECTION NEAR THE SEAM WAS UNDONE. ON CLOSER EXAMINATION I ALSO NOTED THAT THIS PILLOW APPEARED SOILED AND MAY ALSO HAVE BEEN USED PREVIOUSLY; MOST DISAPPOINTING. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO I GET ANOTHER SENT TO ME AND WHETHER I NEED TO RETURN THE FAULTY ONE. I HOPE THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST FOR THE DAMAGED ONE IN VIEW THAT I DID NOT PAY SHIPPING WHEN I ORDERED THE PILLOWS. REQUIRE PROMPT ADVICE AS I NEED THE TRAVEL PILLOW BY THE 16TH OF APRIL 2017.
