I ordered 2 dresses online from you. One was supposed to be a long gown in Champagne color and the other was a short dress with Black background and Champagne appliques. When I received the dresses the colors were switched with the long gown being black and the short one all champagne color. Plus they were both way too large! I did not like them at all. So I looked at your return policy and saw they needed to be returned within 7 days. I emailed your customer service and did not receive an answer for 3 days so I went ahead and returned the items in the original package at my cost. Then I receive an email saying I need to send pictures. When I wrote back they said I am now only going to receive 30% of the purchase price back! I think this is ridiculous as I did what the policy stated.

I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. I got my credit card company involved, internet fraud unit, PayPal, etc. By the time I was done they refunded my whole amount.
