I agree with the customer that ordered the shoes for his wife, they have the worst customer service ever. I at least he received an email I can't get anyone to respond to my email. I ordered a dress for my wedding for December I am thankful that I still have a little time but I am so fustrated with them. So anyone who orders make sure you are completely sure of the size because they are horrible, horrible, horrible.
