Hello, I ordered a dress yesterday and as I was on my account it was saying that my order has been placed on hold and someone from the company has been trying to reach me but I haven't received any calls nor emails. My card was already charged. Please help me. I have sent three messages to the company from the website and no reply back yet. Please help me!!!! My daughter have Prom May 20th and I did a rush on the order.

Have you tried a live chat? They did the same thing to me--I had to open a live chat twice with them after they ignored my emails. I gave them my order number, they gave me a link to a bad site so I just kept pestering them until they finally gave me some information. Or open up a dispute with them. The dress took three weeks to arrive and needless to say, I didn't wear it to the prom because it was horrible. I hope your dress looks better, but I would start looking at other dresses if I were you (their dresses aren't as described). I'm sorry-- I can totally relate to what you're going through!
