I put in an order today and it said my payment wouldn't be accepted to try a different card. Hen I get a text from the bank saying they had taken the money!
But my order is still sitting in he basket
All the email is default returned to me
Live chat doesn't work
Looks like a huge scam to me

Dear, I'm so sorry for that you have such a problem.
Can you take a picture to show me what is the matter with it I will check it out and give you a proper reason to explain it. Is that OK?
