How is dell's premium support services? are they worth it?

Not upto the mark... felt few hadrware technician are newly appointed were not ble to understand as well as answer the query.

Has any customer who purchased a dell computer online returned a dell computer to dell.com successfully?

Answer:

I did. I bought a machine that had hardware issues right out of the box and returned it within the 30-day window. They refunded me 100% of what I'd paid, no problem.

Why are you such liars and con artists? why dont you speak english that we can understand? why do your people lie constantly about delivery times? why do your support staff do nothing but apoligise constantly?

Answer:

Cause dell is a complete scam. I regret buying one. Wasted almost a thousand dollars.
