Has any customer who purchased a Dell computer online returned a Dell computer to Dell.com successfully?

I did. I bought a machine that had hardware issues right out of the box and returned it within the 30-day window. They refunded me 100% of what I'd paid, no problem.

Don't buy a dell. Buy a Mac or hp. Dell is a waste of money

I have. I found it to be rather easy providing you ship back within the allowed period which I believe to be 30 days. They provide shipping return labels and you send everything back in the original boxes.
