I am looking at the houston stone motion loveseat with console. what is the weight capacity for each seat? thank you

My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

If we get damaged piece, what is the return policy? do we need to pay for return shipping for damaged piece?

Don't buy from this place - if you need to return the item you need to pay a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Is really bad their return policy.

How long does it take to get delivery to new york state

Answer:

I've been waiting 6 months for a desk and file cabinet that I ordered in May. I live in Minnesota. All I get is the runaround on when it will be shipped. I'm told it's out of their hands that they're waiting from the manufacturer. All my updates that I receive each month say 7 to 8 week delivery window. 2 months later it'll say the same thing 7 to 8 week delivery window. What a waste of time I could have had office furniture a long time ago had I known that I would be waiting months and months and months to get this delivered. Still can't give me an accurate date. I'm likely going to cancel my order and go buy my desk elsewhere

Hi what is the quality of solid wood furniture? and what happens if it is damaged?

I took out the damage warranty in the event anything was damaged or is damaged in the next several years. Quite honestly, the quality is good. I am very pleased with my furniture.
