How to do i talk to a live person at bestcanvas about problems i'm having with poor quality canvas prints? i cannot get through on the customer service number provided on the website. this is very frustrating!

Answer:

You post a negative review on here and they will contact you approximately 8 months later to offer you a discount on your next purchase. Hah! Seriously, that's what they did to me.

Please tell me how i would know if my resolution is good enough for a clear picture, it does not notify you of that. please tell me if it comes on a frame or not, why is some complaining they have to do it, and others are completed? who do i trust? i want to oder about 12 or more canvas and spend lots of money due to the fact we had 3 wedding in our family in 2012. please answer me with my questions, and with facts not truths. i appreciate it very much. mmoe

Dear Marci M! We thank you for your message. Every size requires minimum image resolution in pixels and dots per inch (DPI). For specific requirements we invite you to check our prices and formats page, as well as our FAQ page. The image itself is recommended to be in high resolution (colors, no lines visible, no marks, etc.), otherwise everything mentioned will be visible on the print. After uploading the image on our website, please use the preview tool. The tool shows exactly how the final print will look like. The prints come already wrapped around the frame, you do not need to wrap the print yourself. Earlier the prints did not had this option.

I am totally disgusted with your company! i plan on making a complaint to bbb. i have tried for several days to speak to someone in your company about my living social coupon not working....after about 50 times of trying. i even called living social to make sure the coupon numbers (3 infact) were valid, and they said yes. i would like my money back....now as of today, the coupon expires, and you don't even have voicemail for customers to leave a name and number. your company has voicemail, and puts to on hold....making you think your call will be picked up. oh no....after 4 times of the repeated message, it hangs up! these are the living social codes: lspzc1grc12e; lspzafg5azcl; lspznxlb48418....if you care to actually take the time to look them up yourself. i expect a refund, regardless. you can email me at lalu737@gmail.com

Your complaint is about answering the telephone and nothing about printing! You don't give any indication about a problem that could require an answer. Try being specific about anything that requires an answer and then perhaps you'll get a response… I am so pleased with CanvasDiscount especially the superior quality of their printing operation… As an artist, I am so happy with CanvasDiscount's attention to the smallest details and am grateful for their service… Your complaints sound like you're talking about a different company than the one I use… I have no clue what you're griping about… Maybe speak with your therapist!
