Please tell me how I would know if my resolution is good enough for a clear picture, it does NOT notify you of that. Please tell me if it comes on a frame or not, why is some complaining they have to do it, and others are completed? Who do I trust? I want to oder about 12 or more canvas and spend lots of money due to the fact we had 3 wedding in our family in 2012. Please answer me with my questions, and with facts not truths. I appreciate it very much. MMoe

Dear Marci M! We thank you for your message. Every size requires minimum image resolution in pixels and dots per inch (DPI). For specific requirements we invite you to check our prices and formats page, as well as our FAQ page. The image itself is recommended to be in high resolution (colors, no lines visible, no marks, etc.), otherwise everything mentioned will be visible on the print. After uploading the image on our website, please use the preview tool. The tool shows exactly how the final print will look like. The prints come already wrapped around the frame, you do not need to wrap the print yourself. Earlier the prints did not had this option.

I placed an order yesterday and didn't see any option for expedited shipping. Have been trying to call the 800 number for hours and repeatedly have been put on wait for twenty min then hung up on. We have emailed with no response! Very concerned!
