You can not. Booking.com is a scam and they don't give a duck if you get what you want, as soon as they have got your money.
If you want real customer service and not freaks like me who spend their spare time trying to help some stranger on line, Deborah, you should go and talk to a real travel agency, or use Google to find out answers, but don't expect a shady company who can't post a simple phone number or email address to answer your questions or honor their promises.
