I want to order jumpsuits from boohoo and total comes to just over $80 after 50% discount coupon. i am about to enter my payment details however after i read the reviews i am not convinced i'm doing the right thing. please advice... also want to pay for express delivery however reviews mention not to waste money on this? Answer:

Quality is terrible a Bohoo... also, if it doesn't fit you, or they SEND A WRONG SIZE which they usually do and i think on purpose, to get rid of it, if you return an item, you most likely will not get a refund anyway, i do not recommend, stay away!

They took 3 months to refund my money after never processing order.

I ordered a dress today before 1pm and it said that orders before then would arrive by christmas. i used express shipping which says it should arrive in up to 4 working days. i checked on the tracker and now it says that the expected delivery is tue 29 dec 2015 09:00 nzdt - mon 4 jan 2016 17:30 nzdt what is going on? i paid extra for express shipping so i expect it to do what it says. Answer:

I have things on order from a few places and have been told there has been delays due to customs industrial action. I do find however that items arrive before the scheduled date. It's an issue for the delivery company or post, not Boohoo. I have had excellent service from Boohoo.

They may, but you need to CALL ASAP! Before the order is processed.

Hello, i ordered 3 items. paid for them and received a confirmation number. minutes later i received an email saying that it was cancelled and refunded back to me. i don't know why because i didn't cancel it and the items are still in stock. can i re-order? and when will i receive my refund? Answer:

They told me that it could take up to 30 days for refund, but like I said, i have been waiting 4 months. I would wait for my refund before ordering again. You can contact them through e-mail to find out why it was cancelled.

You will have to write an email and threaten to contact your Attorney General and the postmaster etc. I had to do that to finally get my refund!
