Hi Barbara R., thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the concern! Bonanza is an online marketplace connecting buyers to transact directly with sellers located all over the world. Bonanza does not produce, house or ship any products itself; instead, sellers list their available inventory for buyers to purchase.

If you have questions about an item, you can easily contact the seller from the item listing page using the "Send a message" button (under the "Add to cart" button). Sellers typically respond within 24-48 hours, often sooner.

If you're uncertain of the authenticity of an item being sold on Bonanza, we suggest first reviewing the seller's feedback and asking as many questions as necessary before buying. If you continue to have concerns, follow your instinct and do not proceed with your purchase. PayPal and Amazon Pay (both approved payment methods) also offer some buyer protection for online purchases, but be sure to check their policies before proceeding.

This page also provides a helpful explanation of how shopping on Bonanza works: https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/general_buying/buyer_protection

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our support team directly via email at support@bonanza.com and they'll be glad to assist. Thank you for shopping on Bonanza, Barbara!
