The bad reviews are earned. They are out of Shanghai. The website makes you believe Texas but that's not the case.

Because they are horrible. I bought on 4-22-2020 and didn't receive my full order. They ignored my requests until I contacted the BBB. I finally received a refund on 8-2-2020. The blanket I did receive was flimsy. Not a quality product!
