Be patient, similar item that I ordered (not sure if it was this same company) took almost 2 months to arrive, but it did come. That was at the beginning of covid19 pandemic, and mail was a little slow. Its still a bit slow, but these quilt/blankets are well worth the wait.

They are out of china. Shipment from Shanghai. It takes about a month total. I requested a tracking number from them, which they provided but, once it hits the states, I could only track it to a town away. A SmartPost location. Which I understand is shared by all delivery carriers. It took an additional three days from there. The package was shrink wrapped. Upon arrival, it had been torn open. The product wasn't damaged but the shrink part of the shrink wrap was no longer effective. So it had been taped over numerous times. Wasn't worth the price.

Contact better business bureau
Because they are horrible. I bought on 4-22-2020 and didn't receive my full order. They ignored my requests until I contacted the BBB. I finally received a refund on 8-2-2020. The blanket I did receive was flimsy. Not a quality product!
