I received a year subscription as a gift from my sister. i was super excited and looked forward to trying all kinds of products before committing to pay lots of money to wind up having to rerun stuff. i'm sure every girl goes through this... well, come to be that most products birchbox samples can only be bought through them and apparently "be made for birchbox". i'm disappointed with the product samples whats this all about? I ordered a gift subscription over 2 weeks ago and there is no tracking information. when i click the button to contact them it keeps bringing me back to faq's type of pages. how the heck do you find out where your package is?

Answer:

I'm in the same boat! Let me know what you find out. They deducted $60.00 from my bank account, said the first box would be received by the 19th -23rd and we're still waiting without word from them.

Answer:

It depends. If you subscribed mid-month, then it could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to when the next box is out. The first box I received was a random box roughly a week after I first subscribed. After that, I was able to choose my samples or the curated box as well as add-ons. Your account is charged around the 1st of every month, and boxes are shipped soon after. I typically get mine on the 10-12th of the month, but I'm sure that varies depending on where you live.
