Your company has billed me 4.99 for a long long time. I have asked for a link to see what it is and I have not received my plan. Cancelling my card

We are sorry if your experience could have been better. We provide our customers with licenses to access the BetterMe app that advises users on working out and eating healthy. Please, be informed that there is no way for BetterMe to charge the user's account without the direct permission of the user. Each customer chooses a subscription package and is being billed due to the conditions of this subscription. ​

If a user doesn't want to continue using the service, they can cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. This information is clearly available on the checkout page for our customers to review before placing the order. They can also find it in the confirmation email along with the option to unsubscribe by contacting our support team.
