Virtually impossible. After researching how to get in contact with them, I emailed them. I did get a response and they seemed professional, but they insisted they issued me a refund for my second pair of shoes that were cancelled immediately after ordering as they were ordered in error as a result of a popup from their website that occurred during my order. It seems after several attempts to resolve this issue, they are not refunding me my money.
