Since their return policy states the customer is responsible for return postage and that it can take weeks for them to process your return... AND. That "sale" items can't be returned, your best bet is to donate what you bought and warn others not to buy from this site.

I wouldn't buy these shoes no matter what web site they are sold. They are all coming from the same factory. Shame on you Amazon!

Hate to tell you this Genny but you are probably stuck with these shoes. I would suggest that you don't try to reach this company they won't respond to you. However I did go on Wish.Com and they have the exact same shoes and most of the time you only pay for shipping so its a much better deal and if you don't like them well you haven't paid that much and its easier to take.
