Is it even worth paying to send back a faulty item and have them take out shipping charges an dprobably never get a refund. Or just take my losses ?

To return your package shipping fee shall be paid by customer, you must return the items in new or unused condition as original.

We will refund the price of the items returned, but exclude the original shipping charges and return shipping fees if the return applied.

We will refund your money back to your original payment account within 7-15 business days after your return package is received and confirmed.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Please remember to give us the tracking number and shipping carrier after you ship back, we suggest customer to use local postal service as the return carrier.

Also, please note: we do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods.
