All the items I've received so far (almost 3 years now) are brand new without a scratch. Well, there were a few damaged due to the shipping, but that's all.
Some items have their packaging, others don't. Almost no way of telling if it's not in the description.
I've purchased several phones so far, all of them brand new. No refurbished phones found like in Aliexpress.

What are all these people doing here, have they got nothing better to do, I know why, every last one works for Banggood. It's their job to tell lies, and talk up their conning business.

Jessica! I can't answer about the phones, but all the many items I have ordered from Banggood have been new. Some are brand name items and others are knock-offs but all have been in great condition and if you have a problem their customer service is quick to answer and send refund or replacement. Highly recommended!

I have used them for three years, and most purchases are problem free, a couple of patterns have emerged recently though which have swayed me away on some instances, the main one being their in stock guarantee, they state that they won't take payment for items not in stock, you can then wait or not proceed. Since January this year over half of my purchases show as in stock but fail to despatch, sometimes for up to several months, the excuse is usually 'a sudden rush on this item put it temporarily out of stock' the thing is, it never shows as out of stock, and they have your money. I have some items, paid for, going back 4 months, and still I get no refund.
Their guarantee is worthless, the motive is, they want your money, and if something shows as out of stock, they know you'll buy elsewhere, better to get your sale locked in then get stock at their leisure. Usually you will get the item eventually, I cant say always, as my January purchase is still missing.

All purchased items were new. Dont expect original package thow. Unless it is >70$ item.

I have purchased over 60 small value items (upto$50)over the past one year. ALl of them have been brand new and I have received immediate refunds when items did not arrive after one month so i am a satisfied customer. Hope this helps.

Yes Jessica, Clothing was brand new and in original plastic packaging.

Jessica... I cant stress this enough... horrible shipping and communication, no updates, questions not answered correctly... please do your self a favor and shop elsewhere... really...

Hi Jessica. All items that I have purchased from BangGood have been brand new and as far as I am aware, they do not deal in second-hand items. Hope this helps.

Hi Jessica, Ban good do not deal in second hand goods. All goods are brand new. Regards phones... The phone I posess I purchased from Ban good for about 34.00 GB. The same phone sells in the UK, for not less than 84.00 GB and was in fact a beta model (at the time I purchased it). Its not a ' top of the range phone ( like an iPhone) but its still a flipping cracking phone for the price. So impressed that I bought the wife the same phone and she's chuffed with it. Neither phone came in their original packaging... but ban good do this so that you don't have to pay postage ( on anything).
Strange thing though... My phone arrived in 6 days... but my wife's took 26. Still worth the wait though.
