Hi i would like to know why my friend always has a grey dot beside his name and my messages always stay in delivered

Hi there! Coloured dots inside your connections menu indicate the online status of the user. Please see explanation below: Green dot: The user is now online Orange dot: The user was recently online If your messages stay on 'Delivered' it's probably because your friend hasn't been online and therefore has not had the chance to receive them. However, if you believe there is some kind of technical issue, please get in touch with us via Twitter (www.twitter.com/badoohelp) or Facebook (www.facebook.com/badoohelp) and we'll look into this for you.

Can i get some assistant from some about stopping the monthly charges for the super powers

Hi, i believe someone has copied my pictures from my fb account and created a fake profile, i need this taken down asap

Do you guys at badoo realise that the international number verification method does not always work? how about adding a simple sms verification???

Why does badoo post images from my facebook account without my approval - images of my kids and my friends - without me even in the pic - ridiculous

However, we'll never pull these without your permission, this will only happen if you link your Facebook accounts. Why can't i read my messages, instead i m seeing a blue dove in front telling me to upgrade which i have done twice yet i can't read my messages

Badoo i cant log in to badoo because the page says verity account even thou i have badoo , how can i go back to my badoo page again ! please badoo i need my badoo back so i can see my profile and stuff please !

Because only you will know the details linked to your profile, so if anybody else was to ever try accessing your profile, they would be stopped! We'll only ask you to confirm details when we detect you're logging in from a new device, location or using a method you don't usually use.
