Why can't I read my messages, instead I m seeing a blue dove in front telling me to upgrade which I have done twice yet I can't read my messages

It looks like you're using an outdated version of our app. Can you confirm which version are you using and for what device? Also, would you mind sending us a private message, either here or on any of our social media profiles, including the email address linked to your account? In the meantime, you can always use our website version, simply log into www.badoo.com
