Hi there!

Coloured dots inside your connections menu indicate the online status of the user. Please see explanation below:

Green dot: The user is now online
Orange dot: The user was recently online

If your messages stay on 'Delivered' it's probably because your friend hasn't been online and therefore has not had the chance to receive them.

However, if you believe there is some kind of technical issue, please get in touch with us via Twitter (www.twitter.com/badoohelp) or Facebook (www.facebook.com/badoohelp) and we'll look into this for you.
