Answer:

Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. They are completely unresponsive. They literally don't care. All they want is for you to purchase stuff and then if you return it they will hold your money for 28 days after they receive the item. These people are crooks.

ASOS is definitely safe to use! I've bought and returned with great ease. Everything is great quality and they have good, speedy customer service (w/in 3 business days response, but usually within 24 hours).

Make sure that you know what size you want and the item you want because their return policies are terrible. They will hold your money for 28 days before refunding you even though they have had your purchase that you returned in their hands. This company is unethical I would not buy anything from them.

Answer:

I love their shoes. Measure your feet in centimeters for the best fit and compare it to their size chart and order from there. The shipping is pretty quick; I get things from the UK in a week and I live in Missouri. And they send you a free return label with your items if something doesn't work out

Placed an order, never arrives in the time frame advertised or you pay for, Also got the wrong sizes, sent them back per their instruction and after 6 emails got an auto generated reply and was called a LIAR! ASOS - WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER
