Their return policies are terrible. 28 days before you get a refund? Really? Using our money so that you can make more money. That is completely unethical and this company should be investigated. I've already sent in a complaint to the United States governments consumer Financial protection bureau.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't buy from this company again. Their stuff is not great and their customer service is not existent. Even their Twitter accounts haven't been touched in years. Kind of tells you something about a company like that.
Products used:
I bought two shirts from this company and return them because they were too small. They now tell me it's going to take 28 days before they refund me the money even though they acknowledge having the shirts.
