You can have coffee in the morning, three cups while still in the fasting mode.
In this phase I ate 90% good fat meals which didn't go over the carb allotted amount mostly... But I also ate macadamia nuts which may have put me over the allowed carbs but I didn't really count carbs until the last phase of the diet I just didn't eat anything that was carb based at all... hope this helps...
Fish oil was the only thing I bought. Everything else you need comes from the foods you're eating so no further supplements are needed in my point of view but obviously it's all down to personal preference

Rather than specific foods for the diet, we give you a list of allowed foods which include a broad number of proteins (meats, fish, eggs), vegetables, carbohydrates, and fats.
