Our extended plan covers everything from, food or beverage stains. Stains caused by grass, crayons, grease, ballpoint pen ink, and cosmetics. Rips, tears, burns and punctures on fabric, leather, and wood. Liquid rings, heat marks and gouges on wood and stone. Glass and mirror breakage.
As a senior, a first time buyer, and a 100% disabled veteran, I did not get a discount. What I did get was defective furniture that I'm stuck with, unless I'm willing to pay almost $1000 to cover return shipping and restocking fees. I bought their extra warranty and it's totally useless. Buy something of better quality, like maybe from Goodwill.

The chaise is on the left and the chair is on the right (as seen on the photo), so the chaise is left-arm facing (LAF) and the chair is right-arm facing (RAF).
