Yes they try to charge extra shipping cost days after you place order and pay in full.

Just stay away from this scam company. I'm in the sixth month of the $165757 they owe me. NY AG and the BBB are involved now

What is included in the free protection plan.

Answer:

Our extended plan covers everything from, food or beverage stains. Stains caused by grass, crayons, grease, ballpoint pen ink, and cosmetics. Rips, tears, burns and punctures on fabric, leather, and wood. Liquid rings, heat marks and gouges on wood and stone. Glass and mirror breakage.

Do you offer any discounts for seniors or first time customers?

Answer:

As a senior, a first time buyer, and a 100% disabled veteran, I did not get a discount. What I did get was defective furniture that I'm stuck with, unless I'm willing to pay almost $1000 to cover return shipping and restocking fees. I bought their extra warranty and it's totally useless. Buy something of better quality, like maybe from Goodwill.

Order 8395798. why does the delivery company have a raf and laf chaise listed on the delivery? they say they are basing it on what you sent them???

The chaise is on the left and the chair is on the right (as seen on the photo), so the chaise is left-arm facing (LAF) and the chair is right-arm facing (RAF).
