I have a received a faulty toner for cp1025, cp 1025 hp lasetjet pro colour black (126a). i would like to have it exchanged for a new one. how can i do that? i have purchased many inks and toners from you and have not had a faulty one to date. many thanks, pat durant pat@patdurant.com 613.899.5651

I have purchased 574xl ink cartridges from 123 ink cartridges a few times. they don't seem to last as long as the cartridges i purchase from staples. is it possible that they contain less ink?

Hi, The cartridges that we had control the same volume as the OEM one, usually the manufacture will count as page yield, all our products have been tested with the same page yield with OEM, it's just an approximation number and it also depends on the type of document that you print too. But yeah, in term of volume we do not really have different to the OEM one. Can you let us know which model that you purchase from Staple so we can look it up for you?
