Wanted to find out I fo on a potential lass action lawsuit. I made sure I was not opted in to anything promotion wise. Only email expected was for information on the one lawsuit. Instead within 2 minutes on a SUNDAY, I receive a phone call from them sketchy, tell them it's not a good time as it wasn't call middle of the week. Instead an hour later I get another call from them (supposed call centre but still not okay) told again as its now 9 pm theyvwere told to call later in week. Monday morning before 7 am local time I get a third call. Now I am getting promotional emails I did NOT agree to (canada requires permission to send these) not impressed and after the Monday call told them will not be having any dealings with them due to this. Did not expect them to be sending spam email as well. Have 0 trust in them as a firm now

Tip for consumers:
Do not give them an email you don't want filled with spam, after they got mine my spam has increased both from them and new ones I suspect they sold the data

Before the name change they were a decent source to compare insurance. Since the name change not so much. Used years ago went to use this time I did not opt into emails and now received an email stating they will be sending me "weekly newsletters" I specifically made sure not to click anything that allowed them to send more spam then they already were (multiple unsibscribes later still received until the 10th or more unsibscribe)Now to get an email I will get more then before is not acceptable. I would recommend a spare email for any contact with them. Also did an online quote and under 5 min later got a call pushing to send my info to a company for mortgage when specifically told her I was only browsing for comparison. After 5 minutes I was ready to hang up and will NEVER recommend them again as I had in the past.

Had mcafee for 2 years, decided not to renew. Currently I have been unable to fully remove all mcafee products from my system, including following their instructions, finding any file with there name and manually deleting and uninstalling.

It claims to be catching stuff, and popping up stating so even thought its gone, do not put yourself through this stress, so many videos about the same issues time for them to be removed from trustworthy status.
