This firm appears to only accept cases when it stands to gain substantial profit rather than focusing on the clients' interests. Moreover, the representative seems ill-equipped to handle the intake process effectively. My interaction with the staff left an impression of insufficient expertise. After being transferred five times, it became clear that none of the representatives possessed the necessary knowledge. I cannot recommend spending even a minute with them.
