I recommend you research the website and you will find they give out 20k grants(free money) to NGO's who disperse YOUR money to people in this country illegally. Duke had the nerve to send out emails asking people to donate money to help others pay for energy costs. WHAT? How about the CEO donate HER wealth and lower the cost where it is affordable for ALL citizens! Please contact Duke, your energy commissioner and Governor DeSantis and file a formal complaint. This is absolutely appaling and unethical on every level!
PS. I'm a Florida resident where it gets 95 plus degrees!

I'm pretty disgusted with Citi-card at this point. They sided with an AC company here in FL called Darlington heating and cooling. This company ripped me off 2k and I have nothing to show for it. This is not a way to treat your customers who have an excellent payment history and ZERO balance after paying in FULL every month. I'm appalled by this treatment.
10 years ago this site was somewhat useful. Now its a huge scam. 99% of the positive reviews are FAKE and made by employees, friends, family and paid for. Do NOt take advise from Real Self! Even here you see fake reviews for DR's. The laws need to catch up to technology. It should be a CRIME to post fake reviews. Realself is nothing but a paid advertisement for Dr's... FRAUD!
DONT ORDER ITS A SCAM. NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCTS. AMEX TOLD ME THEY ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW OVER $100 BUT STOPPED. I THINK THEY KNOW NOT TO MESS WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS. NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS A BUSY SIGNAL. PROBABLY FOREIGN SCAMMERS!
