We booked a transfer from the Gibraltar border to Malaga Spain. Driver did not show up.
I called the number repeatedly for 20 minutes, a woman answered the phone saying "I know why you are calling". She said the credit card did not process, claiming it was blocked, I told her that it just worked to pay my hotel bill, but a credit card company can deny a charge for many reasons. Then she said they were trying to call me and I did not answer. Which I have trouble believing, since I received a call and made a call with no issue, and of course, I was able to call them.
I said that I could pay cash if the credit card was an issue for them, she kept saying it was my fault for not answering my phone, and now I would have to wait an hour and a half.
I do not believe them, I do not trust them, and on Easter weekend in Spain, I had to figure out how to get to Malaga.
I would not recommend them.
