We booked a transfer from the Gibraltar border to Malaga Spain. Driver did not show up.
I called the number repeatedly for 20 minutes, a woman answered the phone saying "I know why you are calling". She said the credit card did not process, claiming it was blocked, I told her that it just worked to pay my hotel bill, but a credit card company can deny a charge for many reasons. Then she said they were trying to call me and I did not answer. Which I have trouble believing, since I received a call and made a call with no issue, and of course, I was able to call them.
I said that I could pay cash if the credit card was an issue for them, she kept saying it was my fault for not answering my phone, and now I would have to wait an hour and a half.
I do not believe them, I do not trust them, and on Easter weekend in Spain, I had to figure out how to get to Malaga.
I would not recommend them.
We had a reservation confirmation from Best Airport Transfers for pickup at London Gatwick Airport on September 15,2018. We waited over two hours at the meeting point, and repeatedly tried to call the numbers listed on the confirmation. Eventually we got calls back from both the numbers, from people who said they were not associated with this company. We had to take a bus to our destination, to which we arrived three hours late.
