I was concerned when only one tablet arrived and I had ordered two. I sent one email and had 3 customer service reps email me back within 24 hours to update me. Excellent service for me! Additionally the tablets are perfect for what I want to use them for!!!! Excellent!!!
I ordered 4 clothing items. I received them all in 1 shipment in less than 2 weeks. The 2 tops, 1 pants, and 1 skirt are beautiful and sizing was perfect! I had no problems whatsoever and would definitely shop there again. Very, very satisfied here :)
I ordered 3 items for my 4 year anniversary about a week ahead of time. I didn't receive a receipt or any type of confirmation but was quickly charged. I emailed CS and the rep (who obviously isn't in the U.S.) told me my items were just being shipped. Great - I planned for things to arrive before time and they show up 4 days later. On top of that one item hasn't yet arrived, one is the wrong size, and the tech item does not have all of its "included items". Really?! You sent me a car charger for the item but no regular charger? I'm half thinking the inventory for the site is just a bunch of stolen items from tourists and the reps are some poor kids from the gutter in China or something. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH AGAIN
Order a lot of different items....they trickled in over 4 weeks. One item that was for my 2 grandchildren for Christmas showed a tracking # and delivery date. So I immediately contact Nomorerack because it was not delivered. Wow after a month of waiting they are going to refund my $$?? The reason I ordered November 1st was I was unsure of this company and wanted time just in case before someone's Christmas got ruined. Glad I did....way to long to get some items and not get items you follow tracking on. Back to Amazon I go.
I ordered 2 tablets from Nomorerack.com and 10 days later they have not shipped. I called their CS, which is overseas, not in the US. They said it should have shipped and they would escalate this issue. I called back 2 days later and they said it would take 5-7 more days to hear from the vendor on this issue and I could not cancel my order. They stated there is no one to talk to, they do have a mailing address in NY, but no way to contact anyone in the US. If it does not ship by Friday I will just cancel it with my CC. This website is a scam! I ordered a product , after ordering they would not tell me it was and older version of product. I cancelled the order like their policy said by 9am next morning, they still took my money. Their number no one picks up was on hold for 30 min 3 times just gave up. Email customer service do not answer your questions the just give you generic answers! I can't believe a scam like this is legal! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered!.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER pick up their phone, tell you it will be no longer than 'under 2 min wait' but 20 min later still listening to music. Held for 20 - 30 min three times then gave up and emailed them. Their emails back were generic and never addressed my specific question. I placed an order for multiple items. They trickled in, one piece at a time leaving me confused and nervous about this website. I honestly don't think they have an onshore office and this company is run out of someone's house in china or india. Made me very nervous and still wonder if items I've received are knock offs, like the RayBans. Hard to tell but 3 weeks later I am still waiting on a few items yet to be delivered. I would not trust this company again. Go to the store. Don't get ripped off by 'nomoreracket'.

I have been a long time NoMoreRack shopper and have never had any issues until recently. I purchased and item and was charged through Paypal for the purchase. A week later it had not arrived so I contacted NMR. A rep told me they never received my order, a refund would be issued and to please replace my order, so that's what I did. A few days later the new order came in the mail...2 days later the old order came in the mail as well. I contacted them and said I'd received it twice and would like to return one. They told me there is nothing they can do because the item was sold as "final sale". I am furious about this...it's not my fault they lost my initial order. They're the ones that told me to reorder it a second time and guaranteed a refund on my first purchase. Their customer service is awful and all they give you is apologies and canned answers. NMR has lost a long time shopper and I've told all my friends and family to stay far, far away from them.
i ordered 5pk OPI nail polish, it never arrived , it actually went back to where it came from. No one can tell me what happened, they gave me a nomorerack credit & not my credit card( how dare). I hesitantly re-ordered the same item so in a way, I can get my $ back.
They mailed the 5 nail polish bottles via an envelop with bubble pack...they broke of course, hence USPS sent it back to them! my 2nd order was shipped same way.
Don't they think nail polish bottles break & not only that, are flammable?

I just place my first order. To my surprise I received an email that some of my purchases had been delivered. The problem is that it was not to my home in Washington state, but sent to North Carolina. I have called and left on hold for over 20 minutes. I have emailed several times with no response. I did call the United States Postal Company and the most helpful agent is helping me to find out why my purchase was sent to the wrong address.
I Love this website!! I have order a lot of things and haven't been unhappy with any of them. Really like free shipping and I have always got my order in a timely manner! I am really scared about this website. I saw the Advertisement on Facebook and I went to see the website, I bough a lot of stuff without reading the reviews. They say it takes from 10 to 14 days to Delivery the goods, I am hoping i get my stuff soon. All my x-timas shopping is on this website. =/
I absolutely love the site and their customer service. It's literally like an online TJ Maxx. I always get the emails when they do their free shipping and that's when I shop. Just like anywhere, they are purchasing from several different manufacturer's and some of them are just cheap. However, I have always received my packages, either separate or together, in a time frame that works for me. My only complaint would be that the actual site runs a little slow and I am pretty sure that it's because they have tons of people trying to shop and they need more servers to accommodate all of the people who love it as much as I do. I've recommended to my friends and family and they all love it too. Most people will complain openly before they would show a little love so do like I do...try it for yourself and determine your own opinion rather than not and miss out on some great deals.
I was so excited about this site...until I read about 50 reviews, 95% of them one star. Thank you good people for posting your reviews, without them, I have a feeling I'd have regretted doing business with them. Sorry to hear about the hassles you all had to go through. (as I write this-their commercial is on t.v.again-maybe they're using peoples money to buy air time-they're on t.v. enough)!

I have not ordered anything from nomorerack primarily because the site is slow to navigate through. I put 3 items in my cart but when I went back the cart was empty. I really don't want to go looking for this stuff again. A lot of time it won't take my log in either. After reading the reviews, I think I'll stick with other sites like Ebay or Overstock.com.
I just order one so I was right now and then I think about reading the reviews I'm very sad than that I don't believe that's the money I spend it will be in good hands and I won t have what I did payed for. idk what to do. im just waiting
I have ordered a few things from nomorerack and yes shipping takes a little longer than other sites but I had not been having problems with deliveries or product quality.
Until this week! I made the mistake of ordering two things the week of Thanksgiving and I don't know if they're just overwhelmed with orders, but BOTH orders got delivered to the wrong location! I live in Texas. One ended up in LA and one ended up in NY! When I contacted customer service to get my orders or at least a refund, their answer was, "We'll have to check with ups so call us back in a week!" They've already taken my money so they have no desire to fix the problem. Based on the rest of these reviews, I am by far not the first person this has happened to. I wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my time and money. It really does sound like a scam.
The savings seem appealing but save yourself the headache and just pay a little extra to actually get what you ordered.
I am from ct, I have used no more rack for several orders. Yes the quality of some of the items are not the best. I have recieved every order within a day or two of being shipped out. In my second order I bought a necklace and text gloves. They shipped in separate orders a week apart and the emails came in late. I even got emails confirming that my order had been delivered. I would advise customers to be careful with what they get witn the website. I have had a great expirence and would suggest to some friends about the website.
I had recently purchased a product online from this website. Today I received 3 emails in quick succession about the shipping of my purchased item. Two emails notified me that my product was shipped today and a tracking number was given along with it. But the third email said that the product was already delivered!! I tried tracking the shipment but it was not found on the USPS website.
The item was delivered in more than 3 weeks. The item looked good but fell apart in two weeks. Heir advertising is questionable.
Seeing as though a nomorerack.com rep responds to each and every negative review, I think it's safe to assume that a lot, if not all, of the good reviews are planted by the company.
I ordered a comforter set & the tracking information said it was delivered to florida! I live in California! I have tried so many times to contact customer service and noone has responded. Wish I would have checked the reviews before spending close to $100...
I ordered some silicone rubber bandz kits with tools and when they got here all 6 sets were about 1/3 of the set that was described on their site, I am sending them back and I wish I had read reviews before I ordered, I just received a Little giant ladder I had ordered and it looked like I bought it from a second hand store, so be careful what you order from this site cuz what you see is not what you are getting.

I really wish I could give this site 0 stars because they don't even deserve the one that I have to use.
I have been dealing with this company since February about a $72 refund. I ordered 2 blankets and never received them, even though they were still on their site for sale. I was told that I could have a store credit but the money could not be refunded to my credit card. OK I understood, it had been a while. They told me that the money could be refunded to my paypal account. I use paypal often so I agreed, this was in July. It is now the end of November and I still have yet to receive my refund. The last email I received I was told that my transaction is very old. Well no $#*!, its been almost a year of trying to get my refund from a company that is unwilling to admit they made a mistake and refund a customer their money. OH but I am allowed to have a store credit, now why would I want to buy anything else from them? So I can wait 6 weeks to not receive another product so I can do this again?! Why is it so hard from a company just to admit they made a mistake and refund their customers what is rightfully theirs? why must we have to argue back and forth? why should the customer be the ones that have to take action? Good companies would have not sold a product that they did not have in stock and would have refunded the money immediately and notified the customer of the mistake.....not this company, if you are planning on buying a product from this company be prepared to not receive the product and have your money stolen from you. My best advice for anyone wanting to buy a product from this company, you might as well saving your money and pay full price, at least you know you will have the product.
Last Christmas ordered two items, a purse and a remote control helicopter. Took the items about 6 weeks to get to me but that was fine they were there in time for Christmas. LOVED the purse I got and the helicopter is still going strong even after a 9 year old boy has almost destroyed it. So I was pretty happy. In February I saw a Sherpa blanket that I really liked. I ordered two. Still to this day I have yet to receive them. I contacted nomorerack and was told they would credit the money back to my account, they did respond very quickly. I saw the same blankets still on their website so I contacted them again and asked if they would just send them instead of going through the hassle of crediting my bank account. I was then told no and I would now have a store credit. Forget that, why would I want to shop there again?!

I've purchased from their website twice and both times have had nothing but problems. My first order was delivered to an address in New York while I'm living in Las Vegas then when I attempted to contact customer service they took no responsibility claiming that it was their providers fault and gave me a total run around. The second time was quite similar, I was getting notices saying that my package was going to be delayed and when I go to the mailbox that same day my item was sitting there. This company has no clue what they are doing, they are unaware of the services and products their providers are offering, and I will NEVER use this company again!
I have had nothing but problems with this site since I began using it only a bout two weeks ago. I originally ordered 2 tablets from them for my daughters for Christmas. I received them a few days later. One of them was perfect the other however, the screen was coming off in the corner. I contacted them and had the item returned. In the mean time I also order a ring, which never comes ever. I was only credited the money back for both the ring and the tablet, GREAT. So now I have no choice but to purchase from the site again. So I ordered another tablet. It was "sent" 5 days a go 2 day priority mail. I track the tracking number and it is still "in transit" in California. (I live in Illinois) but nomorerack sends me an email saying the item has been delivered. It has not been delivered. I call them and they say I have to wait 5 more days before I would even investigate, but I should call the carrier. Excuse me? I should call the carrier? I already paid them, I did my part, why should I have to call and make sure the item I paid for is coming? There is insurance on the package. I will not get the money if it's lost or stolen, the person who sent it will. Therefore nomorerack should call the carrier and see why the package has not changed locations since it was sent. Needless to say I never received the item and nothing has been done at all. The online chat is useless and calling them has been of no avail either. They email back and forth which takes a very long time and nothing ever gets fixed!
So far I have only had good luck with this site. I ordered a netbook at a really great bargain rate. I thought it might be junk, but I was pleasantly surprised. The people who ordered the boots and some other stuff need to READ what the ads say. The boots you have to order 2 sizes bigger. I did that and they fit just fine. How do you think they get such good prices? The boots were sized wrong and they tell you that. It is like anything else, READ the description, use some judgment (a diamond accent is just that-a little chip) and you will do just fine. Use a credit card and not a debit card and you can always get your money back.
After ordering several less expensive items from nomorerack, I can say with some authority it is not worth shopping here. Bargain prices and free shipping for very poor, shoddy products is not a bargain, it's rip-off. Each an every item I ordered, beard and hair trimming kit, (the sissors, for instance were completely useless) Retrophone handset for iphone and ipad, Christmas lights, tape cassette USB to computer unit, even the iphone and ipad screem protectors - all were of such poor quality as to be laughable. When I sent a complaint email (their review link often does not work, go figure) they sent one of those canned 'sorry to hear about your problem, we take these issues seriously' responses and then offered to give you a $5 off your next order. Try to get a refund? Only is you have the packing slip from the product and ship it back at your own cost - in other words, ain't worth sending back. Never, ever trust this site or buy anything from them!!!
I ordered Dr. Dre Beats headphones and they are defective. The sound quality is poor and the sound adjustment does not work. The company only wants to issue a store credit and not a refund as they promise. I am not even sure if the product is the real thing.

I have seen the TV ads running in my State so decided to take a look... Before shopping I always goggle reviews... The site looks Curb appealing but after reading the reviews I will not place an order.. #1 I am a tough consumer and work hard for my money. #2 if I purchased something from here and was not provided a prompt refund if not satisfied when I got through blasting this to my followers on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook your sales would drop because I would target the volume of consumers you target in projected sales for percentage sales, and #3 I work in Sales and Service and if any of my representatives provided generic email responses to our members as they do here they would not be employed. These responses show lack of customer base loyalty and appreciation of their business not a good business plan
This place is a S C A M!!! They will not honor their own cancellation policy. Their customer service is manned by mice in a maze and absolutely NON-EXISTENT!! STAY AWAY AS IT IS A PLAGUE.

I ordered a 10.1 tablet with key board from nomorerack.com and I received it with in days and I use it daily and I love it I have started using my tablet more than my lap top. I will be ordering again from nomorerack.com in the future. Also a friend told me about nomorerack.com they love it as well and they order from them all the time and never any problems. I am planning on buying boots and I did noticed they say to order sizes bigger and I'm not sure yet what size to get but I know if they don't fit there cheap enough I can give away to a friend and then I can order again a size I know will fit :-) I LOVE NOMORERACK.COM AND YES THERE GREAT I RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH NOMORERACK.COM THERE AWESOME :-)
I was going to purchase a tablet, but after reading more NEGATIVE than positive reviews, I will not purchase. Every comment was responded with "we are so sorry ..blah, blah, blah." I will pay the higher price and speak with an English speaking representative in person.
I don't know why people are rating this site soo low. I bought several things off them and have never had a problem with them. The longest the shipping took for me to get my stuff was 5 days. I guess I've just been lucky. I will keep buying from them though.
I have had bad expereinces from NMR. Reading reviews here, I would summarize my feelings and suggestions. If you are ignorant about quality, and will to settle for junk, then this is the place to buy.. and dont be too fussy about size or color as you may not get what you ordered..The few positive reviews here read"fake" to me... How many people go online to sitejabber to rave about a site...only us who have been scammed. I just wonder how much longer they will be in business,, The previous company operated by the owners here, Bidrack, has been sued,,,class action... BEWARE

This site is awful. The quality of everything on there is dollar store quality, and they try to advertise it like it is the real deal. We have ordered a few things thinking they were going to be better then something you can get from a Mexican swap meet. We got a set of sheets and one of the sheets looked like it came from a Chinese child laboring factory, and it was the poor kids first day at work. We told them we wanted to return them, and for some stupid reason they thought we only wanted to return the one sheet that was bad, so they only deducted money for one sheet and reimbursed us for that one sheet. Why in the world would we want to keep the rest of it? And then whenever you try to give a review, a truthful, review on FB about them they erase it and tell you to message them instead. I feel that is misleading customers and not giving people a chance to choose for themselves if they want crappy quality or could just go to Walmart and get a little better quality. Just remember people, you get what you pay for.
I have placed 2 orders w Nomoreack. The first one for a Lane Bryant dress that took 3 weeks to arrive. But when it did, it was exactly as pictured and described. The second order contained another dress, some electronics and other miscellaneous items. That order arrived in different shipments, but still took less than 2 weeks total. All the merchandise was great..new and works properly. I have no problems with Nomorerack
I ordered 2 pairs of the black Dawgs boots. I was REALLY skeptical after I placed my order and then read the reviews. I thought for sure I was out the money. Surprisingly not only did I receive my order as promised 7-10 days I actually also received the item I order at the quality I expected.
I have purchase several items from nomorerack. This web site is fraud. None of the items are what they describe. I have visited a site from China an found most of their products there cheap. I am sory for i did not read these reviews before i puchase.
