I ordered 2 items from this website, and received one of them. When I contacted customer service, they gave me this BS story about them already having contacted their vendor and that someone would get back to me within a week. It's already been over a week since I placed the order. The money sure did come out of my account instantly, but when it comes to shipping my S#!@, they are taking their slow sweet time. It's not like they have to make it, but grab it out of stock and ship the damn thing. I will NEVER order from this site again. I'll stick with Amazon. Don't waste your time.
What I ordered: 2 Men's XL Izod shirts, one red and one blue.
What I received: 2 Men's XXXL Izod shirts, both white.
Oops.
Only reason this is not one star is that I ordered a refurb waffle iron earlier and that worked out just fine. Hit or miss in my experience.

I have not actually purchased anything from this site, but after a sleezy customer service experience, I don't think I ever will. I registered a few days ago and received a $10 off credit for being a new user. Then, two days ago, I got an email telling me I'd received $10 off again for being "extra special." This particular coupon said I had 48 hours to use it. It's important to note that I never used my original discount. When I went to the site to see if I had two separate $10 off coupons, I saw that I only had one. I figured one had replaced the other, but I still decided to email customer service to see if I could use both. The reply I received was that I didn't use my "extra special" coupon fast enough and it had expired. This is blatantly untrue because I tried to use it only hours after supposedly receiving it. If the customer service rep had said that you can't stack coupons, I'd have been fine with that, but it's the principle of the situation that's important here. This company blatantly lies to people. After reading reviews here, I see that I'm far from the only one who's been lied to by nomorerack. I never even made a purchase and I still managed to have a bad experience, so I'd say avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered sheets from Nomorerack...had to contact Customer Service 3 times before the sheets finally arrived. I was told I would get a $10 credit via email once the sheets arrived. Well, when that didn't happen, I tried to speak with someone via the "Live Chat"...waited 30 minutes, gave up and sent an email. I received a prompt reply which basically told me I was mistaken about the credit, even though it was THEIR representative that told me I would get it. I will NEVER use this site again!!! Oh! I also found the exact same sheets on Amazon yesterday for $9 less!! Give this one a miss!

On 5/9/13 I ordered a set of 100% cotton Egyptian towels in red ($46). They arrived on 5/16/13. They are thick and beautiful. The red is a true red that I haven't been able to find in the stores. I am extremely pleased and glad I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews.
I have tried signing up but it won't let me. But not sure if I want to after reading all the complaints.

Don't be misled by the product descriptions, The 1500 series Egyptian Comfort Sheet set is nothing more than a misleading title.. Definitely not thread count, and definitely not cotton.. 100% see through polyester bedding. You'd be better off buying off the rack at TJMaxx

I had a similar problem and NMR and filed a complaint with BBB ... i was told to contact NMR..NMR told me their return policy is only 30 days after order... terrible customer service and crappy polyester sheets masqueraded as cotton
I ordered a set of sheets after I saw an ad on Facebook. I didn't read all the bad reviews until after I placed the order so I was a bit worried. But I didn't have any problems. My tracking number was emailed to me 2 days after I ordered them & I just got them today which was a week after I placed the order. I've washed the sheets & they seem fine & feel very soft! They do feel a bit thin & the real test will be in the next few nights. Cause if they can hold up with my 150lb mastiff sleeping with me, then they must be good! Needless to say, I'm thankful that I didn't have any issues when ordering. And no, I don't work for them!
My mother ordered from their website. She ordered earrings. They came when they said they would and it was in great condition. They looked great on her. It did take about 2 weeks to get here though. They were also very small, smaller than said, but they were good and she enjoys them.
This company is a joke...I ordered two items:

one came through fine, but with a broken/tore up box...the bedding set however, came in at a size Queen instead of a King like I ordered. When I contacted customer service via chat, they told me it was out of stock and now they would just give me a refund...however when I told him (Amir) that the item in size King was still available, he said that I could order it again if I wanted. Why the heck would I order an item again, when they shipped it wrong? He said to ship the queen back and at that point they'd give me a refund, but I would pay for shipping, and they'd refund me that too. Why would I trust someone who just lied to me about something being in stock to refund me my money or ship me the correct item on their second try? Well he got off chat without saying goodbye - so called...and got the same story...he apologized for his coworker and only hung up on me as well - after he realized I didn't want to pay to ship the wrong item back - I suggested shipping me the correct item and include the shipping label for the incorrect item and I'd ship the queen set back then. But their system doesn't work that way. At this point I'd rather give away this queen set than to even deal with them for another second, what a joke of a company - customer service is even worse...he said 1 million customers and only 1% are unhappy...I told him to try googling his companies reviews at some point and try reading them...and I told him I did, and he said did you READ all of them, condescendingly? I said I probably read more than you did considering I know more than 1% of your customers are dissatisfied. STAY away from this company unless you want a headache.

You know, "Nomorerack C", you may think you're making yourselves look good by responding to these dissatisfied customers here. But when you use the same "form letter" response for each... well, I have to think this happens so much that you don't have the time and/or desire to type them a personal response. So thanks for shining more light on your problems. I doubt I'll be shopping at your site.
I've noticed something about their facebook page. There are NO real complaints on there. It's like they're hiding something. That's some shady business. And the worst part is that my sister WAS a regular customer, but it seems that with cheap items they pimp (like the microfiber sheets I ordered that stained everything they came into contact with pink!), they also have cheap customer service. They script issue apologies. The rest of the internet shows these complaints.
Nomorerack should be shut down. My cats use the sheets I had to wash SIX TIMES to get them to stop bleeding. Not sure I got my money's worth out of them. I'll just buy from the kiosk dude at the outlet mall from now on. >:(
I had purchased a jawbone era from the site. They had their disclailmer about that if it's not working within 14 days you can return it. Now you could say that I knew what I was getting into but when has anyone bought anything that stops working in the first 15days of using it. Very few. So now I am stuck with a device that doesn't work. Won't be replaced by either nomorerack or Jawbone. I wasn't even asking for the money back just a replacement. I think this is a practice that has been adopted by many companies because we have let them do so. I am not in the habit of basing a company but I have to say that I will NEVER again use nomorerack or jawbone. Why? Crappy business practices.

thats the fault of jawbone, not nmr. Do you seriously think they took the time to fraud u and send you one with a gogo gadget self destruct button. SMH Don't just give unreasonable complaints.
My girlfriend send me a link with 3 things that she wants. 1. Egyptian Comfort sheets which she though were cotton. 2. 1/2 ct. diamond stub in 14k white gold. 3. Magic LED Light bulb. I went through the links and noticed the sheets were not cotton and informed her. Its the kind of ad that tries to get you to not see the real material, just the word Egyptian. We didn't order the sheets. I did order the other items on May1st at night.
The next day I started to do some research and found all these bad reviews. I thought I had just lost my money. I was expecting some sort of massive headache from this was surely coming my way. I figured we'll wait a little to see what happens. They charged my account. I paid with direct credit card. I got an email in 3 days saying the earrings had shipped and was provided a tracking number. The number did not work right away. I then found their numbers which are 1-855-847-7225 for customer support and 1-212-405-4011 for their corporate Auto Attendant. I called and spoke to a rep who called himself Jorel. His phone sounded like a cell phone in a moving car with the window opened. I was very skeptical as to his actual whereabouts. I was about to cancel the order because I was scared of losing my money, but he told me the order shipped out already, just to wait a day or two for the tracking to work.
I waited two more days and next thing I know my order is able to be tracked and on its way. The next day I received another tracking number for my magic LED bulb. On May 9th I received my girlfriends earrings. She likes them a lot. On May 11th, I received the magic LEd bulb, which is cool. It works.
Conclusion: Although I read many, many bad reviews on so many different sites, my order seems to have worked out. I was pleased with everything so far. I personally see no reason to not order from them again. I don't know if I was a lucky one, or if what I ordered has anything to do with it, but I'm happy with my order. (I am still going to get the earrings tested, but they appear to be legit at this point). I also noticed that they have over a million likes on FB, so if one million people+ have purchased stuff so far, and less than 1% had problems, its not that bad.
Some hackers are accessing my fb and nomorerack account and redirecting the accounts. I know who the people are and need it to stop. when I go to logout of nomorerack the site says "Your bank has declined this transaction and will take 5-7 days for preauthorization approval" I checked with my bank. There is no such note. If u have had this experience of having your accounts redirected to the control of others let me know who do I report this to and how do I stop this. I was a good loyal customer of NOMORERACKhad no problems with the company but I know when I go to write the company they aren't getting my emails which lets me know hackers have taken over my site and NETFLIX they have posted a 303 error and do not let me access NETFLIX. Hackers initials SN, MLY, for starters. thanks.
The tank top thing happened to me, too. But the worst part of this is they actually RIPPED THE SIZE TAGS OUT OF EVERY TINY TANK TOP. All of my tank tops (10 white ones, by the way) have the seam ripped in the center and half of them have a hole in the back of the tank top where they ripped too hard. These tank tops were sold as XL and long. They are kid-sized at best, and short for a kid to boot.
I will never order from nomorerack.com again! I ordered the 12 pack of long camis. First, it took over a month to receive my order. Second, they were supposed to be assorted colors (all of them were supposed to be different colors), what I received was 6 white, 2 black, 2 pink, 1 blue and 1 orange. Who the heck needs 6 white camis and who needs two of the same shade of pink, I mean really? Third, these camis are defiantly not long. I have a short torso so if they weren't even long on me, who would they be long on. Fourth, I ordered a size large and they could maybe pass as a small. I wear a medium and thought it would be safe to order a size larger then what I needed (wrong). I mean these things are little bitty. Fifth, they are so thin and cheaply made. So needless to say, nomorerack, you suck! Horrible site!

This is a scam. Wish I would have researched first. Ordered Xlarge cami set of 12 in assorted colors. Waited over a month for them!!!! They are xsmall and I got 10 white, 1 black, 1 pink...this company should be burned at the stake. I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and ANYWHERE else that I can. I am just very happy that I did not spend more. Go straight to hell NO MORE RACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The EXACT thing happened to me as Nancy P. Ordered XL, got 10 white, 1 pink and 1 black tank in XS. And it took 6 weeks to arrive. I've been scammed before but I wrongly thought this site was respectable. My bad.
I ordered 12 M camis and after a month of no package, gave them a negative survey response. They did credit my account for the $$ and said the camis would still be shipped. I finally (almost 2 months later) got a package that said "12 M women's cami tank tops" on the outside label and when I opened it I found 12 pairs of women's underwear! The underwear were different sizes and only a few pairs fit. I have very little faith than the items I ordered with my credit will make it here. Grrr.
I ordered 2x different styles of assorted tank tops (12packs) Both advertised as "long" . This is just a flat out lie. Absolutely false advertising as they are nowhere near the right length let alone "long" - no one and mean no one would ever describe them as long. Now on one of the packs it also stated that **you may not get one of each color, that it is possible you will get more than one ( of the twelve diff colors avail ) in your order. Now I consider myself a reasonable person and believe that Im not alone in thinking " ok, so I might get some duplicate colors...maybe two or three like colors, but the majority will be varied". Hahaha WRONG !!! 1 black, 1 pink ... 10 WHITE !!! Really ?? Come on guys... What a scam. Clearly I will never shop Nomorerack rack again.

Ordered minor item in mid-April, it's a month later and still nothing. Sent an email through their website to the crack "24/7" customer relations unit, which promises a return email within a day. Several days later, nothing.
UPDATE: Sent email to customer service (not through the website) and got a prompt reply. Offered refund in form of site credits, or credit card refund. They explained their supplier had been unable to supply adequate number of items to meet the orders. Ideally, I would have liked to have received an email to that effect, when the order couldn't be filled. But if the refund shows up, all will be forgiven.
It is a scam.
I never received my order and they debit my card. Not good.

I ordered several things from Nomorerack - totaling well over $100. The only thing I've gotten that was not shoddy was a small pair of earrings that were not that great of a bargain.
The worst experience I had with them was that I purchased an 'unbreakable' RC Helicopter for a gift. When the recipient flew the helicopter it broke the fist time. Nomorerack says it's not their responsibility because of their very stingy return policy. The mfg says that all returns are handled by their retailers. I'm out nearly $50 for a useless broken toy.

Not impressed that it took 3 emails to customer service and posting this review on my Facebook page to get a response. I'll be a little more impressed when I see my money back for this misrepresented product.

Nomorerack has upset so many people that there is a Facebook site/web page dedicated to consumer complaints against them. People are organizing to go to the BBB and the media.

Nomorerack, customer service department has agreed to give me a full refund for the helicopter and added a $10 credit for my troubles. I have respect for a company that works to resolve issues. It shouldn't have taken this long nor as many attempts to get resolution, but I am glad that they have finally given me customer satisfaction.
I ordered a pair of boots today. This was my first purchase. I place an order within two minutes of the new items being listed. At first it told me not a valid order then I selected the boots and size I wanted again. I picked a size 8 and it said added to my cart. After adding my creditcard info, it showed me my order and the boots in my order were then a size 10! And I did not receive credit for my $10 credit that I have for signing up. I contacted costumer service by email and I am waiting to see if they put my money back on my card, don't charge it or correct my size and take off the $10. Hoping that the customer service is good and will correct it :)
I just got a call from their customer service after having sent them an email earlier today after the mistake on my purchase. He gave me an extra $10 to go along with the $10 credit I already have and he said that the credit for my purchase will be added back to my credit card. So just waiting to see if that happens and if so then ok with it all.

Sorry that I did not save the phone number when they called me. I had left my phone number for them in my email that I sent and I got a call within about an hour. But I opened up a dispute ticket first, then when they sent me back a confirmation that it had been opened I replied to that email as well as it was a different one. and within about 30 minutes someone called me from customer service and apoligized, gave me ten more dollars in credit and said he would credit my card. I did receive the boots and even though they say a size 10 they fit me like an 8 which is odd but I love the boots so I just kept them instead of worrying about the credit.
Has anyone purchased a handbag from nomorerack, and received it only to discover it had a tag on it which indicated the bag may contain a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, or other reproductive harm? This is very alarming to me. This warning was not indicated anywhere on the product page and I personally feel the item was misrepresented. I would have NEVER purchased the item had I known it came with that warning label. I haven't had good luck at all with nomorerack and this will be my last purchase. Especially since their return policy is TERRIBLE. I wouldn't have a problem with it if I knew they were sending high quality products that they claim. Thoughts anyone?

We do apologize for the confusion. That warning is just a requirement from the State of California. Labels warning that a product contains compounds that may cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm are now required on many household items sold in California. However, because many companies use the same labels for products sold in other states, people anywhere in the US may see them. We can assure you that our product doesn't contain any harmful chemicals. It is safe to use.
How can I be sure that this is in fact the truth? I understand the label says "may" contain (meaning it doesn't absolutely contain harmful chemicals), but if it contains anything harmful at all I don't want to use it. Ugh, I'm so confused!
And here's yet another response (from another person). Honestly, her response is more reassuring to me. I guess I should trust it for what it's worth and move on. :)

Please don't worry for this is an inclusion of California State law for imports. Our supplier informed us that this letter is required by California state law due to the bags coming from China. The bags do NOT contain any harmful chemicals but by law the supplier is required to have the tags in there when importing to California.

I am the one who ran down their location, made a video (uploaded to you tube - which their layers had taken off), and even was charged with a crime (assault as I entered their building to make the video) which was dropped and know how to find their staff. I have never ordered on here but have been watching for the "ne" Insanity deals pretty vigilantly. I know on 2 occasions I was in a position to have "won" the deal but of course it always says "sold" or "out of stock". After reading all of the complaints on here about this website I am convinced it is a total sham! I am through with them too. You would have thought since it was on the various TV shows like an endorsement it would have been legit…I have my doubts. I would just advise you shop with care!
I'm going to continue to keep my eye on this website - I have not yet ordered anything with them but, am anxious to see what continues to happen with them. I will be upset if I have been interested in a company that seemed to be legit and turns out to be a sham. I take that pretty seriously.
I think is bs to get people buy junk that they really don't need like the smaller items that people are thinking there getting a good deal but NoT the big ticket items, i have been up with my computer on since black friday when the first doorbuster appered the lg screen i tried to click buy it now and it would not connect i clicked it immediately nothing would connect I thought maybe could be too many people trying to connect at the same time so i decided to test the site on my own since Friday i have had my computer on 24/7 desktop laptop tablet you name it i had a connect i kept refreshing the page every 10 mins throughout the day then every 20 minutes in the a.m. after 12pm i refreshed my page new items appeared like a laptop that were selling for 500 wheres the deal in that and some other unnecessary cr@p also along with that it had 3 purple insanity deals box with an ipad 55inch screen and and iphone s, all marked sold out .So people be your own judge they are just directing traffic to there site maybe every click they make money who knows all i no i really don't believe it ..pissed I hate it they should rename it to nomoreWack

What I've noticed about this website.."Nomorerack" is that I just signed on today (4/29/12) and tried bidding on a digital camera. What makes me think that this site behaves in fraudulent activity is because...1. It was not clear when I gave my credit card info that they would automatically deduct their initial bidding package of 100 bids for $79.00. They never made that clear... 2. When bidding on a digital camera, which was listed as $799.00, I found myself bidding with two other people. Soon it became one person only (the other one obviously got frustrated and dropped out); The timer finally got down to seconds and would indicate..."Going, Going..." and when the bidder sees that it is ready to close, you are encouraged to keep bidding!!! (Of course, this is how they get your money, by pushing you to waste your bids). The reason I see this as a NO WIN, B ID/MONEY WASTING activity is because when I stopped bidding at the 3rd second moment, the one bidder kept bidding and pushing the clock from 1 second to 22 seconds, by continually bidding against him or herself!!!! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON IS BIDDING AND THE BIDDING DOES NOT CLOSE OR SHOW WINNER? THE ONLY ANSWER IS THAT THE NOMORERACK COMPANY IS USING THEIR OWN PEOPLE, TO KEEP UNSUSPECTING BIDDERS FROM SAVING THEIR MONEY! I ordered a set of sheets and a comforter set. The sheets arrived, still no sign of the comforter. The sheets have no tags on them anywhere to say how to wash them, the package claims can be washed over and over again, but the threading on the sheets is so bad, I know if I wash them, they will fall apart. You can even see through the sheets. To top it off, they have that awful smell that screams "made in China" which they were, but the ad did not indicate this, or we would not have purchased them. Their ad was extremely misleading, their return policy is shady at best. I made it clear that I do not want to buy anything else from them and will probably be returning the comforter if it ever arrives, but was offered store credit minus shipping, plus I have to pay to send them back, if I return the smelly sheets (but according to their policy, it is up to their discretion when they receive them if I get a refund aka store credit.) Hmmmm, you knowingly sell me crappy items, and I have to accept credit to buy more crap and pay shipping? No thank you. I will shop somewhere reputable in the future.

I ordered 5 items, received 3. I sent an email inquiring about my missing items. Nomorerack's response was that there was no history of a purchasing account either under my name or my email address. How can this be? I have made several purchases from this company but this is the first time I've had a problem. I'm very disappointed. The items were meant to be Xmas gifts.
I placed my first order on December the 27th 2012, I received an email on the 28th stating my purchase had been shipped. I told a friend of this great site, she signed up and place an order, she did get her 10.00 credit, so I am thinking this is great!! I received 1 of the 4 items in about 2 weeks, to date I have not received any thing from the company, I did an on line chat,"sorry for the inconvenience" I have located your order, we are "expediting your order" that was about 12 days ago. I am so disappointed!!

I ordered a handbag from Nomorerack on 2/21/13 and it was immediately drafted from my account. On 2/26/13, I received an email stating the "We are extremely disappointed to bring you some bad news, unfortunately our supplier was unable to deliver a product that you had ordered" and "Rest assured, this is not a regular occurrence." Instead of crediting the account from which the purchase was charged, they chose to put it into a "Nomorerack" account. I'd checked their refund policy, and it clearly states refunds will be given when the cancellation is the fault of Nomorerack or their suppliers. I called their 800 number and spoke to someone, requesting an immediate refund. Instead of saying okay, the guy had the nerve to warn me that it may take 5-7 business days. I let him know that's fine because I have no intention of ordering anything from their site again. I believe they may be understaffed and overwhelmed with the influx of customers. That and their suppliers aren't reliable enough to go the extra mile to satisfy their demands.
got a chain pendant for my wife and the chain was all notted...got a watch the same day and it is so big it would fit on my leg..jeweler told me chain could not be fixed and the watch band cant be sized
now this man is a jeweler and told me that he was sorry he could not help..and was nice enough not to charge me anything...i will stay with e-bay and local stores..may paya little more but i will not end up with junk and nobody to fix the problem..WHEN IT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS!!!

I had order 2 items from them but their material is so cheap. One of the Cotton-Blend Open-Front Light Cardigan - Assorted Colors doesn't has a tag on it and it way to big for when I order size small. And the other item was iphone 5 battery extented something like that it doesn't work either. I will never buy anything from them again. Their stuff look good on the site but when you get from them it all look cheap. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF EVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered about 1 month ago and was told on 4/19 it was shipped and how to track shipment. Never received item. Contacted nomorerack today and they emailed me they never had the item
. Did not give me a choice for a refund but said I could have online credit. I want my money returned. Feel they were very deceptive. Will be contacting my credit card company if I can get money back and contacting State Atty. General about this deceptive practice...
I placed an order on the 23rd of May and the system didnt recognize my address correctly so when I emailed to have the problem corrected and I simply explained the system assumed my address was an apartment and it wasnt then she automatically cancelled my order without my permission. Now due to their screw up I'll have to wait 5-7 business days until I'm refunded my money. I called the 800 number on the 24th but of course they just made excuses and put it off like its my fault. I'm very unsatisfied with my experience and will never order from them again.
