I ordered a dress for a production of Cinderella. Ten minutes later, I realized it was not going to arrive in time because of shipping. So, I asked them to cancel the order. It should be easy for a legitimate company to cancel an order that was not even placed, right?
When I used the chat window, the customer service representative lied and said I was emailed a receipt for my purchase as well as my cancellation refund. When I explained I hadn't received any receipts, he backpedaled and said the charge would have to be made first and then refunded in 7-10 days?! I still have no email from this company. And there is a pending charge on my credit card. We shall see if they are honest or not...

I always have difficult finding evening gowns due to my height and size, but not with Dress We! They thoroughly make sure everything is measured correctly verifying all inches. The dress came out a perfect fit and just the way it was described

I'm so glad i found this website at the beginning of my wedding planning journey. We were able to purchase beautiful affordable matching bridesmaid dresses, as well as bridal shower dress and rehearsal dinner dress. I was super impressed with the quality of each dress- they exceeded all my expectations!

Stay away... I've been stalking these denim booties for years, just to find out they were glued together. Just crap. And dresswe, please dont comment asking for my order number. With that auto response you kick to everyone else who gives a low rating. I wish there were negative stars... one star still seems gracious.

I should have checked this site first for reviews. Too frustrated to explain, but let it suffice to say, I'm STUCK with a dress I don't want. Everyone is telling the truth on here. Great prices, cute dresses, with decent quality work. BUT if you get a dress you don't want, you are almost stuck with it. I paid a little over $100. Super price. To rerun the dress will be more than half that amount. Customer service? Humph! Sending emails to the, with no response in 3 days. Still trying. The phone number, once it was found on the website (not easy) is an international number. Please think twice, no 5 times before making the mistake I made.

It was delivered more quickly then even expected. Dresswe knows that these packages are important and sends them with care, packaged very well. The dress is absolutely beautiful and exactly what it looks like in the picture. I ordered it too big expecting to need it altered anyway but I can't wait to wear it on my special day.

I ordered 2 dresses from dresswe.com, order number *******. They did not look or fit as described on the website.

I read the return policy carefully and followed their instructions. However, upon emailing them as they requested in order to obtain the shipping address, they made some new claim that they could only offer me a small percentage of the cost due to specially making this dress, that they are just the manufacturers. This violates their advertised policy which offers a full refund. This amounts to a scam.

I would appreciate appropriate resolution, refunding me fully for the order I placed. Otherwise I will have to take further action in litigation.

The absolute worst online shopping experience ever. The clothes runs 2 sizes too small and returning the merchandise has been a NIGHTMARE. VERY POOR customer service. You have to email them to start the process. I waited 3 weeks for a response. And then they tried to persuade me to just buy more clothes instead of returning because it would cost too much to return. After going back and forth with the "customer service rep," I lost out on about half of what I initially spent... just to return it. Fast forward one month later, I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed them again and was told they were waiting for me to respond.
