The absolute worst online shopping experience ever. The clothes runs 2 sizes too small and returning the merchandise has been a NIGHTMARE. VERY POOR customer service. You have to email them to start the process. I waited 3 weeks for a response. And then they tried to persuade me to just buy more clothes instead of returning because it would cost too much to return. After going back and forth with the "customer service rep," I lost out on about half of what I initially spent... just to return it. Fast forward one month later, I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed them again and was told they were waiting for me to respond.
