Good luck, this company is a SCAM! Hope you put it on a credit card so if there are any issue's you can put in a complaint and try to get your money back. It worked for me but I had saved all correspondences and had pics of item as well. My credit card refunded my money back to my card.

This company has NO customer service, they will NOT take back the two dresses I have that don't fit, I have never worn and their only suggestion is I order another one made to my measurements... STILL not taking them back - Total Rippoff...
Dear Sarah, stay away from this company, I only had trouble till I got my money back, had to go over Mastercard! Don't believe what they are writing to you, seems to be so gentle and customer oriented! They are NOT!
This is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with. They make all kinds of promises by email and they never keep any of them. I was promised a refund on my order and when I sent an email asking for the status of the refund, I get a message back from my provider stating that the email cannot be delivered. They cannot be trusted and I do not believe anything that they state in their emails. Do not buy anything from them. Only buy from companies in the USA who are reputable. Dresswe.com is a very dishonest company. I will never do business with them again.
