I've been ordering from this site for a few years now. They have trendy styles for petite people like me and for tall/slim people like my husband. You need to know how to shop there in order to get the right sizes and shipping can take a while but I've always gotten everything I ordered. 95% of the items fit perfectly and the ones that didn't I could fix easy. Overall it has been a good experience.
I've placed 2 different orders with Dresslily and I've gotten both of them in a timely fashion. They were exactly as described and fit perfectly. No complaints on my part.
The quality, materials and colors were not even close to what you posted on line. The "sweater" was no more than a t-shirt. The shirt with fringe edges looked like a tablecloth with a cheap upholstery fringe sewn onto it. The lace sleeves were poorly done and the only one that resembled the online picture was frayed by the collar. I would like to return them and get my money back but their site keeps rejecting my request. This site is a total scam!
If I could it a minus- star I would. Customer service sucked. They didn't give me the goods or the money and then claim all my questions have been answered. It's almost like it was being run by kids, by the type of responses that I kept getting. Made no sense.
After being in contact with someone that contacted me thanks to this site I got a refund. They were much more helpful than the first time around.

Waited 16 days to get items. When I received them they were way to small. Made of a cheap cardboard like material. 2 shirts $30.00 down the drain. Probably will give them to a homeless person at least that will make me feel good about the situation and help someone out.

I got an email saying only part of my. Order had been shipped and have been trying to get in touch with them and it's just useless! I've raised 2 tickets with them and sent them an email. Each time they've said it'll be 24 hours and they'll reply. It has definitely been more than 24 hours.
Which is a pity because I've ordered from them before and the dresses are really nice.
Dresslily really need to work on their communication skills. Hopefully they'll do something about it now.
I discovered this site back in December. Good quality and awesome prices. As a us sized woman, you always worry about sizing. I found these are true to size and haven't had an issues with my clothes I purchased.
I had an excellent service from the Dresslily store, whenever I had any questions they answered me quickly. About the bag she is beautiful, has two parts inside her and her material is very cuddly and comfortable. You can put things like cell phone or some makeup. The color is a guava rose and has this button in the front leaving the product very delicate. Arrived super fast my order. I highly recommend the Dresslily shop!
I've ordered several dresses from this site, at different times so in different shipments. I've encountered no problems at all. All the dresses have been exactly as pictured and I receive a lot of compliments on them when I wear them out. My most recent purchase is my absolute favorite dress I own!(I'll post a photo of it) People are often impressed when I tell them I purchased them online for the price as they fit so well. Sizing is consistent, and the prices are cheap. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

I received this gorgeous dress for a very reasonable price and it fits me so well. I've recently been purchasing a number of items from Dresslily as I think I really enjoy shopping there. Wow what a crappy company! I have never been more disappointed in a product that I bought online. We got a cute coat that turned out to be utter garbage. The material is terrible, the workmanship sucks, the buttons fell off and the button holes were too small. The dress we ordered looked like it was made by a 1st grader. The material is scratchy and totally see through. The company has been emailing with me to try and resolve the issues, but I am still upset that packages were late and the stuff is garbage.

DressLily is a great site with wonderful products in both clothing and accessories. Whether they have items on sale, discounted or they give you coupons in your email everything is pretty affordable (and I'm a mom of 4 so if I'm buying things it has to be super affordable.) If there's any issues with an item customer service is quick to respond and get things taken care of. Shipping is also pretty fast.
I purchased a Long Leather chain Woman's Watch and absolutely love it. I am not one for choosing the average normal anything. This watch has character and fits me very well. I will continue to buy from www.dresslily.com for other products in the future.

Ordered super cute bathing suit! Quick shipping. Stitching on the top was little undone. Talked to customer service and they gave a full refund so I can purchase another one and to keep and donate the other suit to someone else. I was refunded within 24 hours. I will be ordering again.
I absolutely LOVE this company! I buy everything from them and the few times I've had issues, they dealt with it promptly and professionally! They even gave me a bunch of "D points" which converts to money and coupons towards your next purchase. They are far away and ship for free, so I will not complain if the shipping takes awhile. I can be patient and see it as the compromise for getting quality clothing with free shipping. I LOVE them and will not purchase any clothing, accessories or boots/shoes from any place else. The ONLY issues is that their clothing runs on the small side, they are Asian, so just order a size larger than you would normally and there you have it!
We ordered a top (blouse) from dresslily.com on 1/13/2015. We received the item 3/23/2015 from China. The item is poorly made, and at their request (through their website's support ticket system) we sent them pictures to show the flaws. After 9 responses to their offers, I have been offered anywhere from 10% to 40% of the purchase price as a refund. The item is not wearable, and I am requesting a full refund, just as I would expect from any reputable merchant. They do not seem to be willing to cooperate.

After months of dealing with this problem now I cannot even access the complaint. This item I received for my daughter that was supposed to be a Christmas gift it turned out huge and does not button. It is cheaply made and if I had seen it in the store instead of your sight I would never have given it a second glance. Supposedly they were going to fix the problem; however, they took so long that now I cannot even choose to send this as a complaint because it has been so long taking care of this problem. I cannot send a new complaint because the site will not let me; this was a complete waste of time and money.
