Beware that the do not send the items pictured on their website. It's a total Bait and Switch! They send cheap version of items that do not match the pictures on their site. They do not respond to emails complaints about the product until after the return window closes then say they can't do a return because it's been too long. Very cheap, Bait and Switch clothing and horrible costume service and return policies.

I've never had any problems with dressale I shop there often because they're one of the only affordable online stores I like that they actually sell plenty of stylish and cute clothes in XS. And half the time when I order XSs from other sites they're still big on me, but dressale's fit me perfectly. They always have discounts, and fast shipping. I've never had to return anything so I can't comment on that. I also go to dressale to get a lot of my dresses for events. I get compliments on the clothing I buy from there. Overall I've had a great experience!

The company is a total rip off! They are not custom made. They won't ship until they get your measurements and then when the dress doesn't fit they say it is a standard size based on their designer charts. I would have no problem returning the dress for a refund, but that isn't an option with Dressale.com. Very hard to communicate with any representatives. Don't waste your time or money! Rating 1 star because NO stars are allowed by this site! Buying American made only from know on!

I really like their returns system. If you dont like something its easy to post back for free and they always refund quickly. Delivery has been (mostly) quick and efficient. Never had any real trouble with them and they have a wide selection of clothing, shoes, accessories etc... would recommend.

I purchase a dress for my mother in law for my wedding and it came awful... I paid too much money for a dress made from one of their un professional tailor. I have submitted several complaints about the dress no respond to resolve the problem, please don't buy from this website it's the worst. I would not want you to experience the awful experience I had with them.

There is a little process on the process time. The product is quite good and the price is quite reasonable. Well, that is ok

Do not buy anything from this company-they will not give you your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. They are argumentative and lack customer service. Totally a scam!

I have ordered from dressale numerous times and have never been disappointed. They have a very unique sense of style that I don't come across just anywhere. They have some items that will seem a bit over priced but they also have lots of good deals. I love dressale and always recommend it to people when they ask me where I got my clothes!

Dressale is the top website for Women Fashion... I saw this site on internet then i decided to purchase something here... recently i bought a dress from here. It is my first online shopping. They delivered me at right time and right products. Quality dress materials and fast shipments... the product was excellent in stuff and design that they shown as web page... till now i used this website and recommended to all my friends..

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Ordered dress according to their directions and it came back too small. Asked to return and followed their many emails back to me. They offered only 5% back on dress and that they did nothing wrong. My advise, never order from a company that is based in China.

Very good service and very fast. I had a problem with getting my order and parcel in particular. So i sent an email asking them if it was ever sent to my address. They have answered me email on the same day offering refund, which is great for such a large internet shop to be able to able respond ASAP and moreover offer a refund!!!! Thank you for your great assistance and help!

1. Dress didn't come for almost a month.
2. It arrived in a vacuum sealed type Saran Wrapped material... all rolled up into a ball. Completely unprofessional.
3. Did not fit. I thought no problem! I'll just return it!
4. Wrong!
5. No number to talk to anyone so you have to email for all communication.
6. No address to send back items.
7. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! There goes almost $200 right into their pockets.
8. There is NO guarantee a dress will fit when bought online so don't waste your money here because they will not let you return it. Not wotrth the gamble.
9. What happened to the customer is always right? This is NOT their motto.

I ordered two items from them. They came quickly, and are made of very nice material. They seem to be very flattering with a great fit but unfortunately I mis measured and ordered the wrong size. I contacted DressSale about the dresses not fitting. They have been wonderful, answered all of my questions and are sending me a new one free of charge. Highly recommend

Ordered dress as a size 6 (cause that is my size) and I received it in the form of a Barbie doll dress! It was so small, no one would of fit in it! They absolutely will not exchange it for a different size! GORGEOUS dress, but I am not a size 0! If I cant have it fixed I will call my credit card company and dispute it! They are the biggest scam artists I have seen on the internet, and they are the reason I hate to buy stuff on line!

I am very skeptical of ordering clothes online. I have had some pretty bad experiences with quite a few websites. I decided to give Dressale a try and ordered a few shirts. I was super shocked when they came! The material was nice and it fit just the way I wanted it too. They are perfect for work when its a bit cold outside. I will definitely be ordering from them again

I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping for a dress I needed to have within 7 days. I had no use for this dress after the 7 days so I even bought shipping insurance since I assumed this was insurance that the product would arrive in 2-4 days. This more than doubled the cost of the dress. They sat on the order for four days and shipped it too late to be of any use to me. It would cost more to return the dress than the actual sales price. Don't buy from them unless you are in no hurry to receive your item, they are in no hurry to process orders and are unresponsive to complaints

Their style is so great as well as using their service. Feels like I'm walking on air because of their shop and discounts! I've found so many nice stuff at Dressale. I love that store. And when they have sales, you can find great items for very reasonable prices. Would buy it all!
