I hope you get your dress. I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. After ordering they sent me a message telling me that the dress wont be like the picture. I asked them to show me what it would look like. 3 weeks later they sent a picture of a dress being made. It was awful. Not only did it not look like the picture but it was purple instead of blue. When i told them to cancel my order, they said it was already being made so i would have to pay a restock fee. What restock? It was not even halfway made. It took awhile but i finally got half my money back. Horrible Company

Ugh - the question is, why did you order from them to begin with?

It's a nighttime dealing with them. They are not professional, they don't understand how to do business, and barely understand English.

I hope you paid via Paypal (they don't give you option though) because you will need a refund! Bought bridemaids dresses from here, they are misleading, deceiving and dishonest. RUN!

Although I received my dress after 3 weeks, it came way too small, even though it was a custom sized dress. Dressale wouldn't take it back, wouldn't make the changes and told me they would harass me every day if I didn't return it once I had received some money back through PayPal. To return would have cost $100 courier fees which they wouldn't pay. And they did harass me by calling twice nightly - at 1:00 a.m. and then again at 3:00 a.m. Then I moved away for a few months. Is this the kind of company you really want to deal with?

No help and lots of frustration :(. Sorry, I wish I could give you better news. They will not be helpful at all. They will guilt trip you as well.

I received my dress on time- that was not the problem. The problem was it was not the correct size - not even close!
I jumped thru all their hoops - took pictures with dress on - sent my measurements in pictures- pictures with original tags on. You name it I did it! They were playing games. Finally, i packaged it up and sent it back. Took pics of the package with info on it- pics ot tracking number too.
I called my CC company and disputed the charge.
They were lvid that I did that- threatened my life- but, finally gave it up!
Dresses all look lovely in pics- save urself the time and aggravation. Do not order - its not the same. Go shopping at the mall and try on the dresses!

They don't deliver dresses as promised... tell you at the last minute they have to be made... and when you get them... its nothing like the picture and what you ordered. Very Disappointing! Then if you have to return it, they give you drama about refunding it or exchange, or credits for their other items. They will not give your your full amount back... and DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR STUFF EVEN WITH A CREDIT... BECAUSE THEIR OTHER STUFF IS THE SAME WAY... does not look or fit the same way... jewelry...

My order came three weeks after the promise date but was a different color and style. Fortunately I used PayPal and was able to get a refund on the dress but had to pay to return what they sent me at a cost of $75.00 which I was unable to recover I am still being harassed by Dressale asking for the return even after providing the tracking number 6 different times.

If your order is like ours, you can expect it roughly 1-2 MONTHS after the promised delivery date. Even then, good luck on it being right. Almost a year now and our order has never been made right or refunded.

Well I wish you luck with getting them in a timely manner... I didn't get my dresses until the week before my wedding leaving NO ROOM FOR ERROR and ALL the dresses came two sizes too small... this company is HORRIBLE.

My dress was the wrong color and they insist it is the right color I ordered dark green and I got blue. Still fighting with them. They are a horrible disreputable company you will never get your money back you will never get the right dress do not ever order from this company!
