Another cheap chinese company sending faulty product. Pathetic customer service, ticket no **************086, order no *******, paypal case id PP-R-GUH-******* i orderd a watch which was faulty, it had a screw missing and its not charging up, when i try to return it, their pathetic customer service did't listen, and thier fraud paypal partners are also supporting them, by not listening to the customer feedback, i lost usd 37.15 to them, request you to don't lose your hard earned money to these frauds

Be very wary, what you order you may receive something very different. I have been sent an item completely different to what is advertised. I ordered a mini roof cover, not a full cover for a large car which I was sent. When I contacted for a replacement for correct item or refund, they asked me to send sku number by mail. I emailed instead and their response was correct sku! But the item does not match what is shown in the ad or what I purchased. They have not offered refund or replacement.

Tip for consumers:
That Banggood are not trustworthy and misleading advertising.

I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed.

WOW, what a SCAM site. I have ordered goods in October and still didn't got them. Tracking information just shows some movement of goods in China, noting else. When i ask, after 2+ months for a refund, they refuse to refund me. But on their website it is written if a customer doesn't get goods in 60 days they will do full refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Item took more than 9 weeks to arrive, then turned out to be not the item I ordered. Have tried 4 times over the last 4 weeks to get a response to my complaint and have still heard nothing. The company seems okay if nothing goes wrong, but is horrible at customer service if there is problem.

Totally scam, customer service is horrible, stay away at all costs. Bought an e-scooter from this website, broke in less than 2 months. Emailed them about the issue and sent them video proof. They responded they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. Okay 72 hours later no response received, email them again, they would pretend they didn't know about the case and asking me to further explain the issue. Okay I replied to that email, then received same response stating they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. And forever like this over and over again. I first contacted them on March 2020, it's now July 2020, no progress made at all.

Scam af!... it's almost 4 months and my order still hasn't arrived i contacted their support and asked for reshipment and then they failed to deliver it again and i asked for reshipment again and failed again!... don't buy from this scam site they'll just waste your time and money all that reshipment sh*t ain't real!

A place 2 orders with one day between each order, the second one arrived 2 weeks lather but the first one never arrived. Every time I Chat with the services they haved a different story for my order. After 6 weeks of waiting I decided to order the same product at Amazon and I received it 3 days lather.
I'm closing my account at Banggood for good and I, m loosing my payment

If anyone is ever contemplating purchasing anything off of "Banggood", DON'T.

I ordered a pair of linen overalls and paid close to $50 CND after shipping. When it arrived, I opened the package to find that the garment was crumbled up and packaged in a way that appeared to be a used garment rather than brand new. (It's also the wrong size). Upon raising this concern with the business via email, I am being asked to pay for shipping AGAIN for them to send me out another garment. There's been no mention or apology for that state of this one when it arrived and I'm really annoyed that I'm being asked to pay MORE money for something that is not my error.

After more than 10 email communication back and forth stating the SAME thing over and over again, I'm no further ahead. They don't read the content of my emails. Clearly Post-Sale Customer Service is NOT their strong suit.

I've started a dispute process with my credit card company because I shouldn't have to pay (brand new prices) for something that arrived in such a deplorable condition that appears to be used.

Save yourself the trouble, frustration and disappointment - if you're enticed by any of their products, RESIST the urge and temptation to purchase from this company. Do yourself that favour and learn from my experience.

Promised 30 days shipment. Tracking indicated it still had not left china at 30 days. Customer service chat indicated I could not cancel because it had shipped and to was wait for 75 days. I opened case with paypal. Paypal paid me back after banggood did not respond to case. Got package about the same time as credit from paypal. Both boxes crushed because poorly packaged. One item did not match what I had bought entirely. So if you can't trust the description of the product and the shipping means that the product will be damaged while in transit and it takes over a month to reach you, i'd pay more to someone in us for product

Don't ever use this scam shopping app I bought a very poor quality cardigan gauze like and different colour from that was posted in the seller's pictures. Moreover, they posted a fake return policy where they mentioned that you can return any item in 30 days for no reason and you will pay for the return charges. In reality I've wasted almost 30 days in sending useless emails to their so called customer care and even vip one they said they I'll have to pay customs and other not mentioned before charges that will exceed the item's cost. Forgot to mention that they refused to send their courier representative to collect the item and requested that i send it on my own which will cost me 4 times the item cost. More importantly I used to be a regular important customer this is their way of dealing with me.
Scam scam scam save your money and use reputable other shopping apps like Amazon and Shein whom refunded my money on at once on the same day and even kept the returned item.

It's been a week, despite yet another canned response, claiming "If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item", neither has been done. In fact, after I complained about the wrong tapes, I received the rest of my order, a MUSTOOL SD2 Soldering Station (ID: *******), which also needed a complaint. First, it was irresponsibly packaged, in a simple plastic bag, with no protection whatsoever. Luckily it appears the only damage was to the product box, and the manual. More problematic is that it is an astonishingly cheap product and has broken after two uses! The iron keeps bending in the middle because the threads strip far too easily. I can tighten the two halves back together, but they separate with the lightest of pressure making it completely useless.
I sent an additional email, which apparently didn't even rate an automated response. As there was no progress to the PayPal complaint, I was forced to escalated it to a chargeback case, adding the Soldering Station, and will await the results from PayPal.

Another dismal Chinese seller!

They got my order wrong, sent me 4 tapes that were the wrong model, less than $15 worth of product. Not a big deal, easy to fix, right? So, what do they do when I ask them to fix it? First, they wait 4 days to respond, and then send me a canned response ASKING ME TO SEND THEM PICTURES!? This is so common with all of these Chinese companies, they are very polite, while they make things so incredibly difficult you eventually just give up! I sent them a very professional message, with all the pertinent info, including the differing model numbers. For them to even consider inconveniencing me even further with these outrageous requests is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, of which they have already wasted too much of.
When I told them this, they then simply ignored me, I haven't heard back from them since. So I have started a PayPal Case for the whopping $14.24, what a waste of time & effort. I will not be buying from Banggood again.

Online shows they process orders 24/48 hrs. When I ordered something it stayed in the processing for close to a month. When you talk to customer service they don't know anything or can't help you. They tell you what you want to hear. Your order will be sent out. Not. Still the same, weeks later. The 24/7 bot customer service is a nightmare. Getting a cancellation or refund is crazy. They can take your money in seconds, but you have to wait cause obviously those morons don't know what they are doing. Good luck on anything with these people. It is like walking on nails. They tell you a few minutes then it turns into hours or days. This company is a big joke. Never order from them. I know I sure won't ever again. A waste of money and valuable time.

Bought a shirt for my husband and got a different low quality product.
I contacted the costumer support but all I got was an offer to buy another product or to be refunded only after the product was returned (at my expenses) to china. I was very upset and wrote a bad review.

My order has taken 40 business days not including weekends. Their policy is 25 to 40 days for delivery. I tried contacting them and they will not refund my money. This is unacceptable! They still want to tell me to wait. That's bull$#*!!

Wanting to return some items that do not fit, all you get are evasive e-mails telling you much they value your custom, are so disappointed that you are unhappy with the goods etc, etc, etc, no return address on their website, very hard to get in touch with them and they show no real interest in you returning goods and offering refunds

I bought a chair from Banggod on May 2021. The chair never gave any problems until it suddenly broke in September 2022.

Since then I have contacted them more than 10 times only to be told they would reach out to me by email. It never happened, I checked everywhere in my email.

I cannot recommend you buy from them since they are deliberately trying to wear me down and make me give up my rights. I will go and press charges against them at an EU and national level for not following the law.

One of the worst platforms out there. I purchased A smartwatch it work fine for a few weeks it started to flicker I sent them an email right away. They asked me for some proof I sent them pictures they weren't happy with that they wanted more proof and then the watch suddenly stopped working the battery stopped taking a charge. So I wrote them again told them about my problem they asked me to send them pictures I sent them pictures of a watch that doesn't turn on now they want me to use a cord for my phone to try to charge the watch well it's a completely different cord that I have no idea where to get it's a magnetic four-pronged cord it just doesn't make sense the kind of proof they are looking for. Been going in circles for a week they keep asking the same question like it's an automated robot silly stupid garbage I told them this evening to shove it I'm so sick of this over and over same question they don't even know what cord is used to charge the watch because they're asking me to use my cord for my phone so I just throw the dam thing in the in the garbage. And I'll take the loss of $160 never again why I buy from this company and I urge you not to as well b

Awaiting a Pre-paid RMA or QR code so that I can return the defective product for Exchange or Refund

numerous back and forth discussions on the Ticket web site... Banggood kept asking for a video of the problem when they knew the issue was an internal problem with the Drone's circuits...they were basically stalling the resolution... but Banggood's customer service knows this as I copied comments to their email.

Reason I chose this business:

Price and Previous experience buying with them. However, on this order they have become Chinese Scammers regarding the value of their warranty and service to replace a defective order. It was not my fault the internal recording circuits to the sd card are defective, so I should not be charged additional shipping to China to return the product when there is a NJ warehouse available.

Drone received excellent rating3 by customers who bought this product from (other-than -Banggood} sellers.
