I have only ordered from Banggood 3 times but every time I got what I ordered in good working condition. Shipping was slow on the last order but the West coast docks shut down for a time due to a strike. Buy something and make your own decision. Just because you had a bad experience with one transaction does not make the company a SCAM. If that were the case I could call almost every company in the US a scam.
