Interface is super easy to use and the documents were approved and sent very fast. I purchased from this company because of the fast turnaround time of 24-48 business hours. It has now been 8 days since I purchased and haven't received my ESA document to date. There is no customer service that you can talk to only automated calls, email and chat. Every time I inquire about the status I'm told it's a system issue or it's due to high volume of orders. Whatever the case may be it has been very difficult and stressful for me, I'm now facing fines or even eviction because I have supplied my property management company with this ESA Letter or even worse I will have to give my dog up. She is one of the only thing that gets me through my day when I'm feeling anxious and this process has made the last week very stressful for me. I would not recommend any company where you can't speak to a live person. This just makes me feel taken advantage of by this company.

Apartment complex I live in is expensive for pets. $500 non refundable deposit and 60 a month per animal. And the same price for both cats and dogs which I find ridiculous that they charge the same for cats and dogs.
So I can keep my animals with me without the worry of extra expenses and worry about certain rules and regulations
I chose support pets to have my dogs certified as my ESAs. This company was very quick, had a brief questionnaire to fill out about my condition and the turnaround time for me receiving my documents was as they promised. I've taken my one dog with me to a store recently with her special vest on and it was a pleasant experience. Being able to bring her with me helps a lot and Support Pets made that happen.
I kept seeing commercials for them on YouTube and I knew that my dogs were my unofficial ESAs so I decided to make them official so that I could bring them with me when I went out in public.

I really appreciate this experience. It will be so gratifying to know my cat is safe and can continue to be my support animal. I have no social life, not even with my family. We went this route to save a very handsome American Bulldog from the pound. I didn't have the funds to also cover the pet deposit and pet rent every month. This ensured he can come home NOW and not run the risk of him being euthanized before we could get everything together. He has a lot of training to still go through before he acts like an ESA/Service animal but we're well on our way!
This was the fastest and cheapest route to bring him home NOW!
We were able to bring him home and my apartment complex has not had any issues with the documents.

Hotels or restaurants do not care if you have documents stating that your dog is a certified ESA. They can and will deny you. We unfortunately had to learn the hard way.

I saw/heard and advertisement online. Went to website and read information which was very accessible and user friendly site. When I was ready to implement the ESA for my dog, I had to use it while over the road travel. I was able to accomplish the application, receive a prompt response and by the time I made it to the Hotel, I was able to electronically show them my documents. Wow, a travel from TX to NC and all was accomplished!

Fast & efficient. All documents arrived neatly in folder. I did not realize the approval is only valid for 1 year and will need to be renewed.

Documents were delayed due to a Support pets system error that I was not aware of for a few days. I contacted customer service and was assured the error was being found/investigated. ESA documents requested by my landlord were overdue so I was upset about that however, the customer service I received from Russell amongst others contributed to my decreased stress and anxiety (shout out to them!) Eventually, the documents were found and sent over. Thank you Support team!

Why wouldn’t I?
Clearance for home, flights, restaurants etc. I cannot picture being unable to bring my sonshine everywhere I go.
I used Support Pets to register my two cats as ESA animals when moving into my new apartment. My apartment required some more paperwork & when I reached out to SP they were able to assist me even further & the doctor was able to fill out that paperwork too! Therefore I was able to move in pet fee FREE! I'm very happy with the service I received from Support Pets & have already recommended to friends & family.

This used to be a great company with great service. Now they've designed their site to charge you do
Twice before even giving you the questionnaire under the guise of getting 50 percent off. They said that's only for renewal. I told them I am a returning customer which is why I'm so upset. I asked them to refund both charges until they can run their site more professionally. They said a supervisor will contact me. My money has not been refunded. I don't want to deal with crooks.
Later today after several attempts to get them to honor this coupon so.eone finally called back and apologized for my troubles. They refunded the 77 dollars and chose to honor my coupon code and told me they would issue a partial refund. I'm so glad because I hate switching companies. I've never had trouble like this in the past. I asked them yo speak with IT to fix the bug within the site.
Tip for consumers:
I'm glad they chose to fix this but if someone wasn't so adamant they might fall victim. Always check your account after purchasing anything online!
