Twice before even giving you the questionnaire under the guise of getting 50 percent off. They said that's only for renewal. I told them I am a returning customer which is why I'm so upset. I asked them to refund both charges until they can run their site more professionally. They said a supervisor will contact me. My money has not been refunded. I don't want to deal with crooks.
Later today after several attempts to get them to honor this coupon so.eone finally called back and apologized for my troubles. They refunded the 77 dollars and chose to honor my coupon code and told me they would issue a partial refund. I'm so glad because I hate switching companies. I've never had trouble like this in the past. I asked them yo speak with IT to fix the bug within the site.
