Documents were delayed due to a Support pets system error that I was not aware of for a few days. I contacted customer service and was assured the error was being found/investigated. ESA documents requested by my landlord were overdue so I was upset about that however, the customer service I received from Russell amongst others contributed to my decreased stress and anxiety (shout out to them!) Eventually, the documents were found and sent over. Thank you Support team!
