Received new cards to replace expired cards.

Went through activation system and both the primary and additional cards failed to activate, whether via web or automated phone system.

Took seven calls and three hours to the support center to get the primary card activated.

Additional card also failed activation, costing several more hours on the phone trying to activate, all unsuccessful.

I finally gave up, wasting half a day attempting to accomplish a trivial task with PC financial support, and simply called once again and cancelled the additional card.

What kind of credit card company can't resolve something so basic as activating replacement cards?

Will be closing the account and dumping PC Financial.

Really happy with the MasterCard. Its used all around the world and works flawlessly. The support is amazing and always ready to help. Collected points could be used for groceries and I believe for travel too. But I am using them for groceries.

I had a bad experience with PC Financial MC when I tried to ask them the dispute the transaction, they were not helpful. They didn't care to resolve the problem that the customer has and the customer service agent talked rudely. I can't believe that they provide such a service like that when I have a problem disputing a transaction. I need the proof for the transaction that I made but the merchant can't give me that. The merchant said that it is not in their system, however, my credit card has been charged. So, I asked PC Financial to dispute it, so the merchant can give the proof of my purchase. Sadly, PC Financial said that it is not something they can dispute. They want me to deal with the merchant. I can say now, bye PC Financial. You are not recommended at all.

This Company sucks S@&T
December 15, 2023

This Company sucks S@&T and stay far away from them. They Jack up interest then blame the customer for going over the limit but in reality it's THEM who took me over my limit at 26.99% interest. They look at people as cash cows and that they're going to make a killing off of interest. I have good credit, a great credit score, never missed a payment and was never late, this is the thanks I get?! Well these losers will be learning real quick I'm always 1 step ahead and will have this paid off in full in no time and they can suck it and choke on it. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY! There's many other MUCH better choices! I'm going to be posting this EVERYWHERE PC, this is what you get When you treat people who actually keep paying their card in these times of ridiculous inflation when MANY people are not paying and always late. Consider yourself lucky I can't write what I REALLY want to say!

Signed up for a PC Financial money account when it is first started. I was trying to fund my money account from another bank. After putting in the transfer request, no pending transaction showed in my PC money account. After waiting 1 business day I checked again, and still no pending transfer. So I put through the transfer request again via my PC money account(3-5 business day hold on all bank to bank transfers). After another business day I checked my PC Financial money account again, and still there was no pending transaction showing on my PC money account. I called customer service and inquired about the transfer. I was informed that there was 2 pending transfers but due to a glitch in there system it was no showing in my account. I then requested one of the 2 transfers please be cancelled as I did not have the funds to cover both. PC Financial did not cancel one of the 2 transfers and I was hit with an insufficient funds penalty fee by my bank. If this was not bad enough a couple of days later I decided to try and fund my PC money account via an Interac e-transfer. This should be instantaneous. My Interac e-transfer however, was held for over 48 hours...

I'm getting very suspicious of my acct and wished I kept better track of my money. I pay for things and then it sits in pending and then it comes out of my account…again? I rented a movie on Amazon, Amazon Prime accepted my payment and I got to watch the movie. Then 4 days later I have a charge from Amazon but I'm pretty sure the money left my acct the day I paid. Now the "pending" transfer finally posted onto my acct days later and took out the payment days later…it's so confusing. I feel like there could be some double dipping because they never show how much funds you have remaining after every transaction on your e-statement so you can't have a visual of how many times you've been charged. You can't even get the amount you've had in the previous days, you'll have to pull out the calculator and do some math on how much money was in your acct on a certain day. Your app and statement wont help you track your money properly. I'm seriously sitting here dumbfounded on the delay it takes for transactions to be posted and the funds being taken out days later, isn't it taken out on the spot?!?! It's concerning and im moving my truck payments and money to a different bank. This institution has me on edge wondering if the transaction comes out the day of and then days later when it's "posted", funds are being taken out again?!?! Even stupid things like grocery shopping, transactions won't be posted for days.
There's a delay on auto withdrawals coming out, you won't see it nor know if a subscription or payment is coming out till days later because again, their suspicious delay, but it's too late, you'll have an NSF fee, that's how you'll know. Piss poor institution, avoid! I'm going to have to see if they've been double dipping, if you like PC Financial, take screenshots after you've bought something to see if the money was taken out, because days later…more money will be taken out for the same thing!
