I'm getting very suspicious of my acct and wished I kept better track of my money. I pay for things and then it sits in pending and then it comes out of my account…again? I rented a movie on Amazon, Amazon Prime accepted my payment and I got to watch the movie. Then 4 days later I have a charge from Amazon but I'm pretty sure the money left my acct the day I paid. Now the "pending" transfer finally posted onto my acct days later and took out the payment days later…it's so confusing. I feel like there could be some double dipping because they never show how much funds you have remaining after every transaction on your e-statement so you can't have a visual of how many times you've been charged. You can't even get the amount you've had in the previous days, you'll have to pull out the calculator and do some math on how much money was in your acct on a certain day. Your app and statement wont help you track your money properly. I'm seriously sitting here dumbfounded on the delay it takes for transactions to be posted and the funds being taken out days later, isn't it taken out on the spot?!?! It's concerning and im moving my truck payments and money to a different bank. This institution has me on edge wondering if the transaction comes out the day of and then days later when it's "posted", funds are being taken out again?!?! Even stupid things like grocery shopping, transactions won't be posted for days.
There's a delay on auto withdrawals coming out, you won't see it nor know if a subscription or payment is coming out till days later because again, their suspicious delay, but it's too late, you'll have an NSF fee, that's how you'll know. Piss poor institution, avoid! I'm going to have to see if they've been double dipping, if you like PC Financial, take screenshots after you've bought something to see if the money was taken out, because days later…more money will be taken out for the same thing!
