Ive been buying at cocosa for most of my stuff the family and i love their items comes well presented items matches the picture even better might hve 1 juicy couture bought 2 different colour 1 was gd quality other 1 didnt seem so gd quality strips too long unlike the other poor fitting rather than i get comoliments about everything i buy from cocosa

I've returned an order for £288 for a refund within '14 days' in accordance with their policy. The tracking number shows that they received the returned package buy they say they will look into it since they can't trace it in their warehouse. It's been 6 weeks now and they no longer reply to my messages when I inquiry about when I will get my money back.
This company is fraudulent. They took my money, did not deliver the order and REFUSE to give me a refund. Its impossible to get in contact with them. There is no phone number and they even left a FALSE phone number on a review I posted on Trustpilot. I am taking a case with the Consumer Council against them. Ive had to go to my bank and create a case with them. They can refund the money and deal with the SCUM that cocosa are. If you have not got a refund from them, take it up with your bank or paypal and they can assist you
Waited almost 6 weeks for a dress which was conveniently lost. I had to raise the package as not delivered myself, as Cocosa hadn't sent a single update during the whole 6 weeks and hoped I wouldnt notice.
Conveniently, on the cocosa tracking systems the parcel was "lost" but on the Hermes courier system it was never received in their depo.
I think they are running a scam. I doubt I'll get a refund either.
Poor won't let you return items even with the distance selling act. Disgusting. Avoid. I'm not sure how they are able to operate in the UK
Do not buy from this company! My order never received, can't get my money back. Tracking number they provide from the courier says is been left letter box, that's all! No signature, no letter box address or number.
PayPal decided to trust them and not give my money back.
What a scam!
Made an order on the 22nd Jan. Currently 46 days past order date. Was informed that orders can take up to 28 days to arrive, it is now 18 days past that. Attempting to get answers through 'contact' area on site. Unhelpful automated responses are given with no real explanation. I was told an ' investigation' had been lodged which takes up to 3 days to get an answer. That was 5 days ago, when asked no response given. I am told I can not return the item or get a refund until it arrives, while it is unlikely to arrive at all, so I'm out of pocket with no order in sight and a lot on unanswered questions. SCAM.
I ordered a pair of boots a month ago. Had to repeatedly chase the order to be fobbed off with excuses. Now they have cancelled my order as it turns out they never had them in stock in the first place. Im still waiting for my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Product look poor quility. I order twice. 2 coats are really poor. If I pay same amount I can get much better ine in U. K without waiting for ages. I will never buy again any clothes. Waitting to arrive watches. I didn't expect much. I should read review here before I bought item. Never again.
Ordered 4 t shirts, waited 14 weeks for delivery. I only received one reply to my email regarding cancellation. The t shirts are poor quality. I sold them on ebay, but i had to except a return from buyer as the t shirts were proven to be fake. Gutted. Paypal are lookjng in to refunding me.
Spam company with fake, cheap rubbish products and you can't return them!

My order was recieved after a lengthy wait of which I can't complain.
The serious problem started when the items was delivered. There was no accompanying paper work to instruct or itemise the delivered items.It was like you ordered from a very ordinary household who imported the items from Bangladesh to their house and put them all in a bin bag and posted!
When I noticed the quality of items was by far less than the price paid and the cut and sizing was poor, I decided to return. No return address or contact tel number to talk to anybody and ask. Only way to contact was emails back and forth which took 24 to 48 hour between replies. Eventually someone called Shireen created a return number of which she used a white font to type it on a white back ground! Again another email to ask for the return code to be typed in any colour except than white!
She then sent a return address of No: 1 Brunel Road, Corby, NN17 4 JW.
This address neither at parcel force nor with any courier company is recognised for delivery. She is insisting that I am responsible for return. It cost me over £18 to return the items to an address which is not recognised. Normally a company would collect themselves and deduct the postage from refund. So far no joy in returning my £200 order from cocoa. Behold from ordering.
Ive been battling with them since JULY 15TH 2016! SENT OVER 60 MESSAGES, I STARTED GETTING REFUNDS FOR STUFF THAT NEVER ARRIVED ONLY WHEN I OPENED 4 CASES WITH PAYPAL. THEY WERE OVER 2 WEEKS LATE TO COLLECT RETURNS, WERENT REPLYING FOR 3 WEEKS AND DECIDED TO REFUND ME HALF OF ONE OF THE 3 BAGS I SENT RETURNS IN! ASKED IDIOTIC QUESTIONS NON STOP, ASKED ME FOR WEBSITE FOR COURIER USED WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES WHO ARRANGED IT. ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND INCOMPETENT DONKEYS. I WROTE TO MYSALE THAT OWNS COCOSA, WAITING FOR A REPLY ITS BEEN 3 DAYS. ILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THEIR PR. MAYBE AFTER I THREATEN TO GET MY STORY AND EVIDENCE IN THE PRESS THEY WILL RESPOND OFFERING APOLOGIES AND A HUGE COMP THAT I DESERVE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Also, when items rrive there is literally zero paperwork listing what items are in the parcel, no serial nrs, NOTHING! THERE ISNT A SINGLE CONTACT NR EITHER! THE MORE I THINK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE THE MORE I SEE HOW MUCH OF A BOILER ROOM COMPANY THIS IS.
MY FRIENDS STOPPED BUYING THERE AFTER I WAS PUT THROUGH HELL BY THOSE MORRONS. ONE OF MY FRIENDS IS SURE SHE RECEIVED FAKE YSL BAG AND IVE HEARD AND READ SEVERAL REVIEWS WHERE OTHER CLAIM THE SAME. QUALITY OF SOME OF THE STUFF I RECEIVED IS APPALING, FROM FABRIC TO STICHING TO SIZING. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!
