on 11/28/22They don't have an email or phone number. Just the link to the chat, so you can never be sure that your message has gone through.
The problem with their Help Center it only has a limited number of options to chose from and if you concern does not fit in the list of options you are out of luck. What a horrible site, with zero customer service. I have such a hard time understanding why Tradsey which was such a wonderful company sold to them.
